The pace at PetSmart was fairly frenetic, but Danielle was always cool, calm, and collected. I worried that she might leave one day after becoming the head groomer, and was lucky enough to get her to share her contact info with me. It would be nice if someone called you back or let you know how your dog is doing. I wasn't offered a tour, felt rushed upon dropping off & they charged an extra fee for the afternoon pick up. I dropped at 5 picked up at 4pm and would have done so earlier if I could have. The place seemed over run by dogs like they took too many in & on top of it my vaccinated dog got kennel cough.
