For a monthly subscription fee I can dip in here, get my car washed by hand, and be back on the road in WELL under an hour (unlike some other places). The crew is thorough, gentle, and quick, just like you like it (don't come at me Whataburger, I'm just using words). They do offer a lot of extra options, but with the amount that I drive I just need a quick hand wash that keeps my car looking fresh so I can look like I have my life together when I show up at my next appointment.

He offered to charge me $200 in CASH, which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, when I asked for my gift card back, he said the price included the gift card -- meaning they would keep the $250 gift card and charge' me $200 cash, which was never explained upfront and extremely misleading. I would not have agreed to the transaction if I had been told the business would keep the gift card entirely. WhenI voiced my dismay, he told to pay nothing and never go back. Given the disappointing experience, poor detailing, and questionable business practices, I have absolutely no desire to return. Abstain from purchasing their gift cards.

Everything was perfectly fine at the dealership and now there's a check engine light on and who knows how much that is going to cost me to fix up. Unfortunately I can't do anything about it because I already signed the waiver. I recommend this company either stop offering that engine cleaning option or people just avoid this place all together.
