I can't say enough good things about Harrold and his company; but I will name a few! 1) The first…read moregood sign was when I called for a quote and he called me back the same day! 2) He was extremely flexible with my crazy work schedule by completing the work over two days. He thought creatively so I didn't need to wait for air conditioning and suffer in this heat. 3) When my boyfriend and I needed to pay for the unit, Harrold opened 1/2 hour early to accommodate the early train my bf needed to catch. These are all great reasons....but the best part was the education he gave me about my heating/cooling system which I know will help me for years! Thank you Harrold :)

Beware!!! Harold and Joe are deceitful and negligent! I am currently having a horrible experience…read more 9 Months ago Harold sold me a "whole new system"(2.5 ton) for $6500 complete. He did not tell me it would not include parts as directed by Carrier for a proper installation. In the winter, the heater did not work and he made excuses to charge me $1,100 (originally billed $1,800, yet quoted by Harold $700 prior to work) for putting another air return hole in my office wall because there was a air restriction and when complete it still did not work. Turns out he installed too small an air opening in the unit and had to permanently remove my UV germ killing light to expand it. He did not connect the condensation line so the unit leaked until I noticed it buckled my 3/4" scraped hard wood floors on the floor below and now I have mold growing from my ceiling and walls. He refuses to provide his insurance information and denies responsibility because he "does not change my air filters". He changed the 2nd to last 2 filters because he was still doing repairs to get my HVAC unit to work. Also ironic because he tried to get me to eliminate the use of an air filter completely to improve the air flow and reduce restrictions. He charged another $350 to connect the condensation line and replace the water pump(which was still working fine, if he connected it). That $6500 system is now $8,000 (plus the cost of damage to my home)and still has issues. This is not even a year old. Oh yeah, he did not replace other necessary parts like the pad for leveling the outside condenser (included by all competitors). These guys are con artists and I cannot recommend them. Stay away or it will cost you $$$! Paying another company more money will save you money very quickly down the road.

Joe met my father at his current condo in CT to review the current furniture and get a better idea on what will be needed to be done. There was also absolutely no communication with the owner. Even after we texted and called looking for them. They didn't finish moving us until 930 at night and didn't even put the beds together. They scratched my grandmother's piano, my dresser, my dining room table, my TV stand, they ripped the back of my sofa and a mattress, and added some dance to my brand new refrigerator. We heard the owner complain about not seeing his kids many times through the day while they rushed moving all of our stuff. Very unprofessional, siderate, And cheap. You get what you pay for.
