She then asked for a credit card to be on file and I said no I am not comfortable with them storing my credit card. She rudely mentioned collection and I said I pay as I go no collection needed. I also told her how rude she was being. That got the office manager involved which was no help. The doc came out and was no help and then refused to see me. RIDICULOUS! The childless cat lady behind the desk is ruining that business. GO ELSEWHERE! Update - I went to Rochester Dermatology, received pleasant professional service, my insurance card was all they needed, no credit card on file needed! Based on other reviews it looks like many have had similar issues with this doctor and his rude staff.
