I've had a really great experience working with Catherine while searching for a home in the Dallas…read morearea. Before we even started touring properties, she took the time to meet with me over video and walk through MLS listings together so we could narrow down what I was actually looking for. That conversation helped clarify my priorities and made the whole process feel organized from the beginning. Since then, she has shown me several homes around the greater Dallas area and has been incredibly generous with her time. She went above and beyond was when she FaceTimed me from an open house I couldn't make it to so I could still see the property and ask questions in real time. That level of effort meant a lot. Catherine is very transparent, patient, and easy to work with. She listens carefully, gives honest feedback, and never makes you feel pressured to rush into anything. It's clear she genuinely wants to help her clients find the right home rather than just close a deal. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I would definitely recommend working with her. I haven't found the perfect house yet, but she's been fantastic throughout the search and I'm really glad to have her helping me through the process.

I based my selection for a realtor on…read moreonline reviews, which taught me a lesson not to fully trust those, especially the perfect scores (too good to be true). I'm providing my own review so that either (1) others will think twice about hiring her or (2) Tanika will try to do a better job selling their house. She was rude at times and almost did nothing after putting my house on the market. The posting had a lot of typos. Crucial information that typical buyers would want to know were not included. I already moved to a new house, and once when I went back to my old house for sale, an interested buyer arrived and said she didn't know how to get inside the community before she saw us. I wonder how many more buyers we lost due to lack of property details in her posting. When I first signed the contract with her to put my house on the market, I asked her to include the appliances in the sale of the house and use it for price negotiations. After all pricing between buyer was settled, she texted, asking if I'm leaving those appliances in the house. They were specifically mentioned in our contract agreement so why would she ask after negotiations? So, I left those for the buyer "for free" (I'm being sarcastic). As with the other guy who put his review here, Tanika was a no-show during closing. Not a single word from her after the sale. If you are selling your house, you should trust your gut if you feel she isn't the right person to hire.

She was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a 2-day period because I needed to move fast and quickly learn the area and the market. Ultimately, I went with new construction and Chelsea was instrumental in the purchasing process ad the blue tape walkthrough. She was picking out things for the builder to address that I would have totally missed. She kept me on point throughout the process of getting approved through closing. She was constantly following up with Lennar on my behalf and kept the process smoothly moving forward.

I'd like to put in a good word for Karen who sold our house quickly and for a premium. First of…read moreall, I shopped around for a realtor and also one of the on-line realtors. Every realtor told me the same story of how the market is (sellers market) and what I could expect. The on-line realtor promised a lot more so I started down their path. I shared their bottom line with the other realtors. Only Karen replied and told me flat out that she couldn't beat their deal and suggested I stay with them - very honest and I respected that. My house was reviewed by the on-line buyer's people and an offer was made for the stated amount. However in their contract they took a lot of money off the table for potential repairs. I contacted Honest Karen to see if she could do better, she thought she could, and more importantly she did. The house sold for considerably more than we asked with few concessions to the buyer. I came out way ahead of the on-line realtor's deal. What I like about Karen is her honesty, her straight forward way of doing business, and her results.
