Recently had water Damage to home/bathroom. 9,700 gals of water went through ceiling, walls, floor. My "Agent" did little, nothing to assist me in this process. Had to deal with an agent in Ga. SFarm did not even come out to estimate the damage. Had to wait almost a mo for check for repairs. The estimate was low. Does not cover all the NEEDED repairs. Entire process very stressful..SFarm customer svc horrible. Do not return phone calls. Wants sympathy from the customer. They only care about getting their premiums, they were not there for me at all. Excuses. Excuses. Will be shopping for new Ins. very soon. Like a Good Neighbor SFarm is NOT there.

This is the AAA office in the suburbs of Binghamton which is definitely worth the stop if you don't have AAA, and you're traveling and you would like to be protected against things like takedowns. I mean brakedowns. I'm not sure who can protect you from Police Takedowns. Sorry. Welcome to the United States Of Police. Having said that, they're not as good as they used to be. A lot of the stuff that used to be included is no longer, and you have to kind of know how to play the system to get the most out of it which I think for 94.7% of people is not a really good plan. It is the 94.7% that pay for the service so that the 5.3% or so can take advantage of it. Sort of like the one percent but in towing terms.
