It is unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review for the whole office. Sandra was my bankruptcy attorney and she did an excellent job but her husband David, I hired him for my divorce And it turned out badly. I originally had a consultation with David and it cost me a $100 for the 10 to 15 minutes that I was in there, which I'm fine with. I was still unsure if I wanted to make things work with my wife so I decided to to give them the $2500 retainer and told them just to wait until I made up my mind. I was told that as long as they did not file any paperwork or have to do anything to my case I would be given the money back on a refund If I decided To make things work with my wife. They gave me half my money back And didn't even lift a finger. He made $1250 on me and did nothing. Unfortunately it is his lack of supervision over his Employees that was probably the problem. I have used The Day Law Office twice now and you will not find a finer or a law office with more integrity than Sandra Day and her team. I am just as guilty as the next person to make lawyer jokes, but I sure can't or won't about The Day Law Office. Sandra went so far as to have me come in the day before I left for vacation because the law was changing before I returned and it would have cost me significantly more money. Sandra informed me she could have let it go and made more money herself, but she simple does not do business that way. An honest attorney, imagine that!
