Meanwhile, Bayfront Hospital Brooksville had charged me $54,000 for 3 hours in the ER, plus there were bills for the MRIs, the chiropractic care, Physical Therapy, and the Orthopedic Specialist. In short, I was going to be in debt $40,000 because an irresponsible driver wrecked my car and gave me significant spinal injuries! What Joe Lowman did for me was negotiate with the hospital to take $38,000 off my bill for financial hardship; and then negotiate discounts for all of the bills. Meanwhile, I couldn't even stand up for 1 hour. Joe hooked me up with the right doctors to treat me and get me started on Physical Therapy. It's been 4 months and I am swimming and strengthening my core muscles. I can't thank Joe and his Assistant Jennifer enough for getting all the bills paid and still leaving me enough money to take 6 months off work so I can concentrate on getting well. Sept 26, 2026 update Warning…read moreThe neck surgeon they recommended me to use for my neck fusion had a horrible med dude manner and he terribly executed this surgery back 12 years ago, I am in icu in Dallas Baylor hospital right now and the spine team operated on my two weeks ago. It took 16 procedures to fix all the problems his surgery caused. I'm still in icu. For 12 years I've had numerous symptoms following that fusion in Florida and it ended up developing bone growth that damaged my spinal fluid sac called the dura. Continual migraines loss of use of my arms for lifting things and just teaching Music in general has been very difficult or just a few of my symptoms now. Playing music has been so challenging because I'm losing strength and dexterity in my shoulders due to a botched surgery. Again, I regret trusting this law firm. They carelessly referred me to a spine surgeon who fused my neck with a ldr cervical implant that was do badly executed I had to get a corpectomy to repair the problems it caused. Please do not trust this law firm and allow them to recommend surgeons! Beware!

I left a msg for the owner, John, at the beginning of July but there has been no response. I called again today and was told all they can do is refer me to the assistant. The assistant called me and asked me to help her with paperwork. I told her it is her job and she should contact the previous 2 lawyers for information. In spite of their guideline to reach out monthly, that didn't happen. I'm on my third lawyer now and it feels like no one cares because it isn't a multi million $ case.
