I fed him after he had calmed down that night, checked back that morning and my water was cloudy just thought the tank was gross, I had somewhere to go that morning and didn't have time to clean it. I regret it came back that night and he was cover in a thick weird film that I found out is a bacterial infection and it had killed him I had him for thirty hours! Then a few hours later, I get a call that she had a accident and hurt her right hip. My daughter and I understood that she fell off the grooming table. Later I was told that she had jumped up and down a lot and that is how it happened. Regardless of how it happened, she dislocated her right hip. It will take a surgery to repair it and several weeks for recovery. The surgery and recovery will be $3-5K. And the surgery is not a guarantee that her condition will be taken care of. She is almost 17, blind and deaf and knowing all this, I might make the difficult decision to put her down. The groomer is not taking financial responsibility for what happened at all. Regardless of how Fluffy was injured, Victoria's Groom Shop should be responsible for what happens under their watch. If you are needing a groomer stay away from Victoria's Groom Shop. This could happen to your pet too, very careless for sure.
