The company treated us warmly and did not take a long time to fill out all the legal paperwork. They had us on the water in about 15 minutes. It has a beautiful Olympic sized pool, sauna, kiddie pool and decent sized gym. In addition, there are also several tennis courts behind the pool. They could easily convert to the popular pickle ball and increase some much needed revenue! Theres also an indoor fitness room that can hold large fitness classes. The school board needs to entertain the idea to let a professional organization/gym fully run this to it's potential. Look at Anastasia Fitness in St Augustine. They have a smaller location and they are thriving with memberships. They too have a pool and outdoor gym (potential at Belle Terre) Many exercise enthusiasts prefer to be in the sun while exercising!!!!! Someone on the school board-please make resolutions and let's not see this beautiful place be destroyed or closed permanently!
