I became a homeowner in this condominium in March of 2025, I paid all my HOA fees in time. For the…read moreperiod of 10 months I never got any mail from the condominium, no rules, no condo payment coupons, no contacts, no meeting invites. About a month ago I was hit with more than $8,000 in fees, including attorney charges and liens on the unit. I requested access to a web portal, names and contacts of the trustees, management company and accountant in charge to review the records. I RECEIVED NOTHING.. I attach the fraud HOA charges I received, where invoices do not match to invoices provided to me by the previous owner as well as a clean 6D certificate. Moreover, the person in charge of management Daniel Scalley listed as real estate broker, has a number of criminal complaints and articles against him, no property management company registered under his name, instead there are articles of him being investigated by the attorney general for multimillion dollar fraud schemes. https://www.bostonherald.com/2010/11/04/woburn-man-faces-complaint-over-alleged-1m-fraud/ How is this person became in charge of the building , why he is the one collecting money and how he spends it questionable I would recommend everybody to stay away from this building, until you find out who the trustees are. who is an accountant in charge and who is real property manager of the property and if this condominium has any web portal to see what's going on
