We looked for a coffee shop and we found one in this small community. It was busy as we walked in…read moreat 10:00 am when they opened. Two young ladies were getting everything ready for the day. They are mainly a place for coffee but you can also get a breakfast sandwich, or two or three other types of sandwiches. I had the Italian Panini and my wife had the breakfast sandwich. They were pre-made and then heated in the microwave. Don't hold that against them because they get their prepared food from the Harvest Eatery Restaurant down the street. It's a world class restaurant (and priced accordingly) so it's a bargain to get some of their food here at Meeting Grounds. I certainly enjoyed my panini as it had a unique flavour. My coffee was delicious. My wife ordered the Market Fog and said that she enjoyed it immensely. We sat outside so, typical with small town Saskatchewan, we ended up saying good morning to everyone who passed by. Would I come back? Absolutely! I might just do that as we have another night in Shaunavon before moving on.

The taste was just so succulent, amazing, and perfect! I have so many other words to describe it! Not one bone present and they were just full of meat and saucy goodness. Friend's burger was also amazing and very well crafted. This was the type of food would be expect to find in a big city, not a rural lakeside restaurant.
