Owner didn't dye my roots properly at the last visit. I noticed it in the salon already but was told she didn't see anything, so we agreed I'd check at home and come back if I wasn't happy (which wasn't a problem for me). At home I saw that I was indeed right and contacted her to get it corrected. She gave me an appointment initially, but it got cancelled because "the dye didn't arrive". Again, not a problem... I then waited to get a new appointment offered which never happened. Instead the next regularly scheduled appointment got cancelled as well - apparently the dye didn't arrive again and wouldn't get back in in the future either. Unfortunately the owner never spoke to me about an alternative or discussed the problem with me. I enquired multiple times but never received a reply.
