I went in December to get my eyebrows threaded as there are very few places in Aberdeen offering it and I was impressed by the service provided. She explained exactly what she was going to do and it took only 5 minutes to do both eyebrows. The salon is also a Dermalogica approved skin centre so I'm planning to go back soon. She offers other things including California spray tan, Bio Sculpture gel nails, creative manicures and pedicures and mineral make-up, all at what seems to be competitive prices.

At home I saw that I was indeed right and contacted her to get it corrected. She gave me an appointment initially, but it got cancelled because "the dye didn't arrive". Again, not a problem... I then waited to get a new appointment offered which never happened. Instead the next regularly scheduled appointment got cancelled as well - apparently the dye didn't arrive again and wouldn't get back in in the future either. Unfortunately the owner never spoke to me about an alternative or discussed the problem with me. I enquired multiple times but never received a reply. Instead I ultimately got blocked by her on facebook. Very unprofessional - I'm very disappointed.

Got to chat a bit with the lovely vendor, who is a trained herbalist, and she really knows her stuff, she gave me very good advice for my skin condition and I bought quite some stuff off her, could have bought the whole shop. We went back another time to stock up, sadly we haven't been able to go back to the highlands for a couple of years, I just wish we had a shop like this in Hamburg! I was offered a coffee after my hair was washed and had an excellent head massage the staff really know what they are talking about and they are good at telling you about what they are using on your hair.
