I asked if I could have a technician come out and they said it would be $150 and not anytime soon. The customer service is sorely lacking. It seems to me they want to sell you big ticket items and then have nothing further to do with the product. Update: so my fireplace doesn't have a pilot light in the conventional sense. So there is no lighting of a pilot light. The fix was to change batteries on the thingamagig... like really, they could not have mentioned this and saved me a service call? After a family vacation in Clearwater Beach, FL the photographer I hired to do a family photo shoot…read morerecommended My Favorite Art Place for my canvas collage that I wanted. Jess was great to work with and set me up with a gorgeous collage with 9 total pieces. Fast forward a few months, one of the couples in the photos break-up, my son and his long time girlfriend. So, I reached out to order a new pic in the collage. To my surprise Jess mentioned that they may be able to edit this person out of the photos. We opted to replace one of the shots with my son's Golden Retriever. The work that Jess and her team did was nothing short of a miracle! I had no idea that this was even possible. I re-ordered 4 more canvas photos and have a revised family collage! If they can do this, they can do ANYTHING! See pics below

Unfortunately, I had an anxiety attack (which I never have had before) because all of the bolts are stacked on their sides with the butt end of the bolt showing (and a special coding that they use...ie. Good luck finding fabrics for a project...unless you know specifically what you are looking for and then staff can enter in their system to see if they have it. Tried to check out their online store too...which seems just as chaotic as their store is. Good fabrics, but not set up well.
