I completely understand that businesses need to raise prices over time, but what's not okay is the lack of communication. The last three times I've come in, my total has increased without any notice beforehand. Prices have nearly doubled since I first started coming, and at no point was I told in advance what the updated cost would be. It puts customers in an uncomfortable position at checkout and doesn't feel transparent or respectful. A quick heads-up before starting the service would make a big difference. I really hope they improve communication, because this could easily be a great long-term place if that piece was handled better.

I was hesitant because my fluffy cat hadn't been to a groomer in years ( they closed) and my short hair kitty had never been to a groomer at all. I let the groomer know this and let them know that the short hair kitty doesn't like his hands being touched, so I wasn't sure if he would get his nails trimmed. Not sure if I needed to be there or not in case a blood bath would happen They reassured me that Angel is great with cats and that he would be fine. I got there about 7:50am and Angel let me go in early with the furkids. The place was nice and clean and no vibes! I dropped them off and Angel told me it would take about 3 hrs and he'll call me when they were done. I waited out front in the car with my Mom. When they were ready, they called and I went inside to pick them up. They looked fantastic and smelled so good. They were calm, no look of discomfort or panic, so hopefully things went well. Even after a week of being home, they still smelled great and the short haired baby smelled good a week after that. They also both had matching bandanas which was adorable! We'll go to this place again and hope they make a closer location.

The Good: great people, great grooming and baths and "CAGE FREE"…read more. The Bad: April 1st they began charging $25 per dog for a "cageless service fee". The problem is they don't have any cages in the grooming area. And if you bring 2 dogs in together then it $50 before you do anything!! You don't have a choice to do cageless or caged. One of the great things about Dirty Dogs is that it is cage free. So find another way to increase prices more legitimately, and until then I will have to think twice about coming in again or as often. A friend of mine said that he cut back on the amount that he tips to make up for this charge. That's not fair to the groomers. But it's his way of letting you know that he doesn't approve of this frivolous fee either.

We just walked in & the women working got us set up right away! All the workers here were so lovely & helpful. They provided shampoo, conditioner, towels, ear cleaner, face wash & so much more! The water is at one temp, which is nice and warm for the pups & there is a blow dryer as well. Price was very decent! We even bought a coconut deodorant spray for the dogs for afterwards. I usually do self wash for my Lab mix. I appreciate the aprons, the warm water, all the shampoo and brushes, the cotton balls for the ears. Most of the people who work here are super nice and clearly love dogs and are always willing to help. I usually cook my dog's food but sometimes I'll buy their raw food to add to his food. I also love the natural products they have and good treats. You can tell that they are pushing clean products. Recently, we got a 3 year old maltipoo. She's tiny only 11 pounds. Her disposition is skittish, and honestly groomers are NOT dog trainers. They can only do so much. The several times I've brought her in, they've tried very hard to groom her. She's just not comfortable with anything. But she still comes out great every time. With that being said, I want to do a shout out to Klarissa who groomed the maltipoo and Lab mix with ease, that when maltipoo came back she was actually fine, even though I knew she gave her problems being still. She even included the paw pad shave even though I chose three for the package. I'm very happy with the service and glad she was able to cut her nails short which is tough to do since her nails are black. No scars or marks. Proof in pics and definitely not AI. Also shoutout to Lauren who was great to chat with and treated both dogs with love. Yes it is pricey. As anything is when it's a service. But considering where it's located, what did you expect? Wait for the deals, they usually send texts when services are discounted.

They told me they have groomers who can handle dog's first time getting groomed. Okay, perfect! So we set up an appointment. On the day of his appointment the groomer texted four minutes before the appointment was going to start that she would be late and she would be there an hour and forty five minutes later. Now I know things happen, but to text that four minutes before the appointment is to start is extremely unprofessional. This should have been our sign to cancel the appointment entirely. I let them know that would not be possible as we had plans for later that night. She then suggested the next day. I told her again no we wouldn't be able to because we had appointments the next day. Again this was probably the universe telling us to just cancel the appointment altogether. All of a sudden she says she can be here by 3:30 P.M. I asked if she really could be here by that time and she said yes so we said yes okay let's continue with the appointment. BIG MISTAKE. The groomer gets here and she acknowledges that this would be his first time getting groomed. We told her yes and let them know he does not like getting his nails cut, doesn't like the blow dryer, etc. She said ok. She asked us how we wanted to do his hair and we said we can go shorter and to make his nails as short as possible. An hour later she lets us know he's done. We go down to get him and he looks like a completely different dog. I'm shocked at how he looks. She basically shaved him down almost to the skin. I felt like she was also trying to guilt us because she also kept saying how he was nervous and scratched and bit her. But that's why you were warned from us and the appointment guide that this was his first grooming experience and that he would be nervous and take the proper precautions with him. I feel like that wasn't the case and she shaved him down and rushed through it. We couldn't really inspect him then and there because like I said we had plans for later that night. But looking at him the next day we noticed how uneven and how shocking this haircut really is. You can see the shaver marks and how uneven it is. He really looks like a different dog. I called today because this isn't right and spoke to a receptionist. She said did I want the head groomer to come and fix it? How can they fix it? He basically has no hair left if they tried to fix it. So she said they could offer a 20 percent off discount for our next service. I was honest and said that his hair is probably going to take a long time to grow back and I will never use them ever again. So we kinda sat in silence and I asked if there was an additional discount they could give. She told me that she would have to ask the head groomer and she would text me. After not hearing back from her I ended up calling back. She said that they could offer an addition 5 percent off. Whatever percentage off isn't enough. I don't think whoever the groomer was could handle first time grooming with puppies. And I do not think that's enough for what they put our dog through. I hope he isn't scarred for the rest of his life against getting groomed. Do not recommend this groomer at all. Try a different mobile grooming if you can.
