I cannot say enough good things about The Crane Center. From the time I am greeted to the end of my session, the service is exemplary. The front office is so kind, responsive and courteous. There is such an ease with their manner that makes me feel so comfortable. it is obvious that they truly care. Shaun is absolutely fantastic at his job. His genuine warm personality makes it so easy open up. He always listens to my thoughts, concerns and is truly invested in my well being. I've been a patient for years and there is nowhere else I will go because no one else can provide the loving, extensive care they provide. BEWARE Dr. Goldberg is unprofessional and the absolute worst in his field of medicine. He is inappropriate in his questions ~ he asked me out of the blue "do you enjoy sex with men and women?" I've been in therapy for ptsd and childhood sexual trauma. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable when he asked me this question, he did not ask me my sexual orientation, he asked me if I enjoy sex with men and women. He is CREEPY and stared me up and down. I left there an emotional wreck. I had my husband in the next session with me, that's how bad I felt. Pam, as nice as she is, cannot figure out medications, calls pharmacists during our sessions or runs to ask Creeper. She is unqualified to treat patients and needs a bit more experience under her belt. Kim is just a joke, I'm sorry, there's no nice way to put it, I would ask proof of her credentials. The office is dirty, the bathroom had toilet paper coming out of the trash can with blood stains. Dr. Goldberg's actual office smells so horribly from the bird he has next to his desk, not properly cleaned at all. They will CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION, as you may have read in the other horrendous reviews. I have found a new, awesome place to go! Night and day difference in the first analysis appointment. NO Creepy, inappropriate questions. read more

We have received excellent, compassionate care for two of our children. Dr. Goldberg is truly one of a kind - a thoughtful practitioner with a heart of gold. The others we've seen - Dee, Shaun, and Julie - are equally caring, and their team approach has helped our family grow in beautiful ways. Cannot say enough good things!! read more

Shaun Myers is a physician's assistant at the Crane Center. He prescribes meds for anxiety and depression to new patients but he does not work with the patient to determine which meds are working or not working. Once on the new meds, he cannot be reached to discuss how they are working or for refills, no matter how many times the patient calls and leaves a message in the center's voice mail. They never answer the phone. The result is that the patient does not know the next step, is out of his meds, and is left feeling Shaun Myers doesn't care about his patients. This is dangerous! I do not make a habit of posting reviews. I work for a small business, and I understand the impact they can have. That being said, anyone who cares about their mental health deserves a full picture. The Crane Center was unable to fulfill its most basic obligation: refilling my prescriptions on time. I experienced multiple lapses in medication for this reason. What's worse, they do not appear to have a dedicated receptionist, meaning all my calls went to voicemail. Towards the end of our relationship, I got in the habit of leaving messages for multiple people, in the hopes that one would get to it sooner. Perhaps most damning: when I went to terminate my relationship, I asked the Crane Center to refill my prescriptions. These prescriptions were not new, but SHOULD have already been sent to my pharmacy. In a previous conversation, I was assured that my prescriptions would be preserved for up to 2 months, should I seek a new provider. Instead, they chose to ignore my message. If I felt like my health was not a priority prior to this point, I certainly feel so now. read more

Absolutely horrific customer service. The other reviews regarding ignored messages are grossly understated. I was overcharged without my knowledge, consent or even a receipt. I had a bad reaction to treatment and received very little support and 0 follow up calls. I strongly recommend finding another facility to treat you for anything. read more

***AFTER THIS REVIEW I GOT A LETTER AND CANCELLED AS A PATIENT**** Very unhappy with the customer service and patient care level. I work in healthcare and provide my patients with great service with high expectations. You have to pay a to be a patient with the crane center, this is to be a new patient and to insure you receive a high level of service. I have received horrible customer service by the front desk. Nobody will answer the phones or call you back. Today I needed my medications refilled and have called from the time they open till they close (only open for few hours 9-2 minus lunch 12-1) left 3 voicemails and never received a call back. It is spring break and I have a trip planned and now can not leave until the crane center fills my prescriptions. Extremely disappointed in the way i have been treated and continue to be pushed off. Now closed I never received a call back nor did I get my medications refilled. Last time I needed my medications filled the same thing happened nobody would call me back. I have been on medications that you just cant stop taking and well they never refilled my prescription which caused me to have side effects from stopping cold turkey. I called to get refilled, I left voicemails for this prescription refill and never even got a call back. The rn who works for the doctor is the only person you will see. He is great and is the reason I have stayed. You will pay as if you are seeing the actual doctor but you wont. I have never even met him. I really hope they sort things out bc I really like the rn who has been responsible for my care. I do not want to leave the crane center due to the rn being so kind and helpful but at this point I cant even get meds filled and am very disappointed and left without medications needed. read more
