We all set out drinks on the edge of the table hoping he'd look up from the tv and notice.

Ordered door dash in the past it's always been over priced and underwhelming but I chalked that up to the delivery service. I'd like to start by saying YES the pizza is okay. Its small, even for a large its tiny but its edible. So we decided to go in and try it in person this time. Just don't! First red flag was the server (Luke) talked my daughter out of the salad that came with her meal which I was going to have. We then told him being it anyway (which he didn't) Moving on the appetizer. We ordered garlic knots. Omg I tell you it was undercooked burnt bread sitting in a soup of oil!!! Ughhh. So pizza came and I was amazed how small a large was, the lasagna was quality to which I think they are getting it from Carmines or Doris or the like and reheating it. It was obviously frozen food heated and $25 for a piece of lasagna! (no side) now lets get to the service. 0.00000 stars. Never refilled our drinks, didn't even ask, even when food came out and had to get him away from watching tv to get our check. No condiments (salt pepper etc) on the table we had to get our own. IMO this place is NOT worth the price or experience.

If half stars possible would have given 3 1/2. Had the chicken parm, salad and pizza. The pizza was good, especially the 16 year old County Line traditional dough. The Neapolitan pizza is not as good. Chicken parm was good but small.

LOVE Massimo and his crew at this little local spot!! Had pizzas, scampi, ravioli, parmigiana, calamari, garlic knots, & sausage & peppers... every single bite was amazing! Service was super friendly, even if our one pizza came out a little later than expected, it was worth the wait!

No extra garlic on these knots

So disappointing! Should've listened to my fellow "Elite Yelper" on the garlic knots, swimming in oil and mostly inedible, completely soggy. On my take-out order I requested extra garlic as you can see from my pics there definitely was not. Maybe because it was take out but still, not worth the $7! Next up the flavorless thin crust pizza, was hoping for great things after reading other reviews but found the Margherita to be bland and sadly something I would not order again, maybe being from NJ I have higher pizza expectations. Oh well. I hate to leave a negative review anywhere ever but, as we just moved to the area and are trying out all the local spots looking for our new favorites at $30 for a pizza and garlic knots, we will not be returning.

Small extra crispy pizza. Half sausage and pepperoni and half fresh garlic, tomatoes and anchovies.

County Line has been around for a long time and it's been awhile since we visited. For lunch we ordered a small pizza - half pepperoni and sausage and the half fresh garlic, tomatoes and anchovies. We requested an extra crispy crust and that's what we got.. it was a great pizza! We arrived around 1:30 on a Friday and there were plenty of tables available. Service was good. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas. The wine list is limited but they do have several options.

ZERO STARS-ordered several items- antipasto, steak tips, 2 pizzas, garlic bread, 2 desserts. Steak tips- tough, burnt, inedible. Garlic bread - covered in cheese I didn't order. Margarita pizza -dry, sauce was dry, cheese like plastic. SMO pizza- too many long slivered onions- the crust was as hard as cardboard- maybe burnt? Both pizzas were just not good. I ordered based on their reputation. As a born PBC resident- sorry, reputation has been ruined.

Cheese Pizza

I stopped in for their lunch special of 2 slices and a soda. The cheese pizza was very greasy and just okay. I wouldn't necessarily drop in for a lunch again. It was okay but nothing worth coming back for.

Kids had craving for cheese pizza. This was the closest to our hotel. Pizza tasted great and the service was fast and friendly.

I am totally surprised that Carmine's La Trattoria has a 3.1 star Yelp rating. I haven't been…read moreback since the 90's when living in PBG but have family who frequents regularly say they love it! Per myself, I would rate as 4 1/2 stars! The food has always been very good, service last night was very good as well and with the location being near the marina we had a pleasant evening! My wife & I started at the bar area as we waited for our family to join us for dinner! The Peroni was served in a chilled glass and my wife had an Ole' Fashion with Bulleit Rye. Both beverages were a nice way to start the evening. The bartender was very nice & attentive. For our meal we started with the grilled calamari which is also served with grilled broccoli. Excellent appetizer! The main course, I had the linguini in clam sauce (very good) & my wife had the Sambuca which she said was excellent! With the linguini I had a couple of shell fragments but with any shellfish need to be on notice. We had great weather and with the awnings for protection from any inclement weather as well as a wonderful breeze and the marina in view, it was a great evening! Again, not sure why this is rated 3.1 stars as that rating is not reflective of this establishment. All tables were full and what I viewed people were having a fun evening! Come experience yourself you'll be happy you did!

However no special consideration when they have the 30 per cent off night like today which is ok and not expected. However to almost criminally over book and make people wait over an hour is tough. Especially for me when i just had a knee replaced. There is absolutely no where to sit and wait. maybe should get a visit from the Feds. The confusion at the greeters desk was about the worst i have ever experienced. Finally when they said we had a seat as requested outside, we were taken outside to find there was no seat! Excuse was "we thought they were leaving table" Then left us alone to start all over. Given your horrendous parking fight and this experience, my recommendation is go to Cod and Capers or the Italian market for your equal or better fish and meat options is to pass this hassle up. By the way got sick after eating here this and last time. Clams first, then today by from the grilled calamari with a gross amount of salt poured over the burnt broccoli.
