I called this FedEx no less than three times -- do you have overnight? when is last pickup? Can I get it there by Saturday? Where in the hellllllll is this store? And so on and so forth. Basically, I was THAT customer. Then I had a perfectly lovely experience there with Brittany, a super nice and engaged employee who helped me out a lot. I appreciate folks like that. I'm from here. I know a thing or two about how it can be tough to find someone great. Give that girl a raise already. Anyway, my stuff is "in the mail" as they say and all thanks to this spot.

I didn't have tape, and in my past experiences at Staples, I've either been charged a small fee (around $1) or sometimes even assisted without issue. However, this time I was told that I needed to purchase an entire roll of tape for about $20, which felt excessive for a simple shipment. While I understand store policies may vary, the main issue was the customer service. The associate working in copy and print, who I later confirmed was Gladys Solis, was extremely rude. When I asked for help, she appeared annoyed, rolled their eyes, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. BEWARE OF FALSE INFORMATION! I went in to schedule notary services for a POA and a will. He (the…read moreowner) asked me the usual questions which is understandable considering a Power of Attorney is a serious document. AFter I explained the situation (and that it involved sale of a property and a possible lawsuit) he proceeded to ask questions about a lawsuit and that he needed to know this in order to decide if he was going to notarize the document. ONe has nothing to do with the other. He then informed me that the POA does NOT have to be filed with county but the will does. THIS IS FALSE. IN order for anyone to execute a POA IT HAS TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE. A WILL IS A PERSONAL DOCUMENT AND IS TO BE FILED AND EXECUTED UPON DEATH. RIDICULOUS. He grilled me about the source of the document which I downloaded via THE LIBRARY FROM LEGAL DEPOT. TOTAL MISINFORMATION ON LEGAL ISSUES. HE IS A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL.
