They call me back exactly when they said they would, and confirm yes, motherboard is toast. That's it. Do you know how much opportunity they had there to sell me nearly $2k in replacements for "other broken components?" I was prepared to declare a total loss, pay them the inspection fee, and maybe buy a computer from them. Instead they sold me a motherboard(fairly priced) and called it a day. They also built my first gaming PC for me many years ago. They told me it would be weak, and I should have listened to them. It was a great experience though, so I always try and go to them first if I ever need anything done.
