We understand we stayed during the shoulder season, but we were surprised to find no ice available in the ice machine, and never staff at the bar to assist. That said, the staff communicated well via text, which we appreciated. Ice is just something we were trying to grab on the way out with our water bottles and not something we wanted to wait around on. The room was clean, but there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. At first, I wasn't sure, but once I got home, I realized everything had absorbed that faint smoke odor. However, all in all, the stay was good. Loved my stay at The Cole! It's in such a great location, super close to lots of restaurants, so it was quick and easy to grab dinner, coffee or go shopping. The hotel has this really cute retro charm that makes it feel fun and unique. The check-in process is virtual, which makes things super quick and convenient. I really loved that it's an adults-only property. It made for such a quiet, relaxing vibe. I seemingly had the pool to myself, which was so nice. The pool area was definitely a highlight: plenty of space to lounge, and the views at sunset were gorgeous. Clean, cute, clever decor. Great location. Affordable! No need to pay for unsecured parking because there's ample street parking - so I won't be doing that again :) Fresh crisp linens on the bed, six fluffy pillows, plenty of fresh towels, very good toiletries. Strike 1: Check-in was a pain. The link sent by text went to an infamous 404 Error. Finally, once inside the locked gate, near the front of the hotel, we found Laura, helping another guest to check in. We waited and when we told her about the 404 Error she resent the check in link directly. Result? Another 404 Error. Eventually, we got checked in and she texted us our gate and room codes. Success. Strike 2: Getting back from lunch we noticed two kids in the pool playing. Kids in the pool at an Adult Onlly hotel? Well, that's what happens when there's no guest verification or in-person check in. I later learned the kid's parents didn't realize the hotel was 21 and up so The Cole staff let the kids use the pool while mom and dad found somewhere else to stay. Sigh... Strike 3: Back to the gate code. Over an hour before check out time the gate and door codes both quit working. I had a feeling this might happen and it did. Minor issues. A towel hook in the bathroom tumbled to the floor when I tried to hang up a towel. The TV went offline in the morning and would not rejoin the network. The ice machine was out, (in December, so it wasn't from overuse. The Cole Hotel has potential but at this point I have to describe it as a work in project. The Cole is the first hotel that's really a motel to charge $15 per night to park in their unsecured parking lot. That is a first and should be a last. If you need to raise your room rates do it, but don't charge for unsecured parking. The view from our room's rear window made up for a lot but I still don't think I would risk another stay at The Cole nor could I recommend the hotel in good conscience. Received 4 texts while driving wanting us to check in via internet...(4 o'clock check/in but staff left at 5)..including sending a photo of id and credit card info while not knowing charges. Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot emphasize how terrible it's run. I decided not to listen to the reviews and though "maybe it has gotten better since the reviews were posted". The hotel was super cheap, $275 for 2 nights including parking. Paid parking really is just a way to get money out of you since it's a plain parking lot. After payment, i was redirected to a page to submit my ID/license. I submitted the pictures and got ready to head over. The next day we arrive to the hotel with not a single worker in sight. There was signs on the walls that say to call or text a phone number in order to check in. Why the actually he** is that necessary. So with my phone at 5% i call and the lady says that my ID was rejected. I submit it again. They reject it a 2nd time. She says that she doesn't know what's going on but I need to try again. Submit it a third time only to have it rejected again. They bypass it somehow in the end and tell me I'm still not able to check in because my phone number is not verified. Again, why is that necessary and how is it not verified when I am getting text notifications from them. My phone is now at 2% and I am frustrated. She finally verified my phone number. Then I am told to make the deposit (just like any other hotel) so I tell her go ahead. For some reason it does not work and an error shows up on their end. Then they redirect me to another phone number to put in my card info. The phone never connects. It has now been 40 mins and my phone is at 1% I go to my car to charge it and call them again to cancel because I am beyond pissed off. They tell me I should be getting a confirmation email now and I'm ready to check in so I finally open it. I was never sent a single confirmation email from the start so they have to send it again. Once I finally open the link, guess what, my id and phone number? Denied. This company is run by mice or something because I swear they cannot function. These big Airbnb type hotel flipping companies rely on their overseas customer service people to figure everything out making it so complicated. This is not a hotel whatsoever. It is an Airbnb or rental house plain and simple. If you do end up staying, while we were there a couple was trying to order some drinks from the bar next to the pool with no one attending. Pros: clean sheets, cute hotel room, mini fridge in the room. Message through the sonder app if there are any issues. Cons: no staff, amenities/ bikes are closed, air conditioners are loud We were traveling over Xmas and before booking our vacation we confirmed if the bikes / amenities would be available. Screen shot of the confirmation attached. The entire three days we stayed the hotel was deserted. No one to ask about unlocking the bikes, no one to turn on the heat for the jacuzzi, no one to order drinks from at the bar. We ended up driving over the the Saguaro to get drinks during our stay. We discovered on our last day that if there are issues we should have messaged through the Sonder App, and then they could have sent someone to turn on the jacuzzi. When we arrived to our room- unfortunately it was a ground floor overlooking a parking lot. The room itself (besides the view) was nice. Clean sheets and Malin + Goetz soap. Because the room was on the ground floor we were afraid of keeping the window open while we slept. The room was also located next to the ice machine and stairs which meant you could hear every noise. One other thing to note is the doors didn't have an internal lock like a chain. We spent two not-so-great nights on the room- and on the third night requested to be on a room on the second floor. Surprisingly the Sonder app was great and the accommodated the change quickly. Sonder doesn't support military :( I hate to write this review because we actually have loved staying at this hotel over the past year and book regularly when we come to PS; however, we will no longer be choosing Sonder hotels. My husband is active duty military, and found out he's deploying in a few weeks. Prior to learning this, he had booked 2 nights at the Cole for December, and since it was a non-refundable room, they refused to refund his money despite the unforeseen circumstances. He asked if he could use the credit toward a later date, and they said it had to be used during 2023 (he's deploying into 2024...) I understand that hotels have policies, but I'd like to think an exception or at least some flexibility and understanding could be made for someone who is making a sacrifice for our country. My boyfriend, friend, and I drove down from the Bay Area to Palm Springs for a friend's birthday party over the 4th of July holiday weekend. To avoid the holiday traffic we headed down to Palm Springs on a Thursday and spent a night at The Cole Hotel. Even though I knew we would only spend one night on our own I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Palm Springs. I love to try out boutique hotels whenever I travel and I wanted to stay somewhere cute with Mid-Century vibes, but, not outdated. To rewind, my first experience with The Cole Hotel was over Memorial Day weekend when I booked a hotel room in the middle of the night for July. Cue panic when I realized I forgot to change the date until after I finalized my booking. I emailed The Cole Hotel at 2:00 AM afraid I'd fall asleep and wake up too late to do anything about my same day booking. To my surprise they responded within 30 minutes and were totally cool and understanding about my slip-up. Fast forward to the date of our booking, we arrived right at 3:00 pm and our rooms were ready. The check-in area is at the hotel bar (with cool AC to boot) and they offer a welcome drink upon check in. We got to choose between a canned margarita (which was actually quite good!) or a canned vodka soda cocktail, available in several flavors. I didn't get a chance to see my friend's room, but the room my boyfriend and I stayed in looked exactly as it did online. Another important point is that we are still in the middle of a panorama and everything was clean! There was a QR code on the little envelope our keys cards were in as well as inside the room that had all the info on bar/pool hours, how to use the amenities in the room, and a price list for the mini bar items. The fridge had complimentary bottles of water and overall the mini bar items are fairly priced. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Despite the triple digit temps the heated pool and hot tub felt great in the evening. Misters are also outside around some of the tables and chairs. Everyone that worked at the hotel was super nice and friendly. We got some great dinner and brunch recommendations. When we checked out the staff kindly kept our bags, saving our stuff from melting in the summer heat in our car trunk. I would have loved to stay longer than one night and will definitely come back next time I'm in Palm Springs. read more

I don't normally leave Yelp reviews but felt like I had to. Food: Amazing Drinks: Delicious Service: Incredible Kevin, the bartender is an absolute legend. Knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for his customers. Molly at the front desk is super helpful and sweet. She even provided us with extra face masks, hand sanitizer, a dog treat, and doggy bags. Friday night was an outdoor movie night with some of the best pizza (with locally sourced dough) we've ever eaten. The pool is amazing and you can even rent out day beds with a shaded covering. The rooms are very clean, dog friendly and comfortable. Absolutely the best place in Palm Springs to come relax and be taken care of. read more

Cozy, clean rooms with Nespresso coffee makers. Easy check-in with a canned welcome cocktail as mentioned in other reviews. Super comfy beds! We were looking for a small hotel that met COVID-19 procedures as we were coming from a long drive visiting family. The Cole Hotel doesn't have enclosed hallways (yay fresh air), the bathroom window opens, masks are required on premises, and they give you a PPE welcome kit (though it only contained (1) mask and a bottle of sanitizer though both me and my partner were both checking in and was noted on the reservation). We were hopeful for a restful night's sleep. We got that until about 7am when the guests in the room above ours awoke. We heard every footstep(and their stomping/running) and even their conversations. Geez the walls are truly thin as the other reviews mentioned as well. One other weird thing is that the bathroom door doesn't stay open; the a/c unit is right behind the bathroom door so that might have something to do with it but still it was inconvenient. Also FYI there is no peephole in the door to the room, just a deadbolt (no additional latches for security). Though I like this hotel's remodel, easy parking (cameras on premises), and easy location -- the restful mighty of sleep was what I was truly looking forward to. It was quite a bummer our sleep was interrupted by the guest just above us getting ready in the morning. The odd thing is that there didn't seem to be anyone else on the property when we were walking around...why did they place us in a room underneath another guest? We only stayed for one night, thankfully, as if we stayed more than this, I would be very upset at not being able to sleep soundly. It wasn't a service miss; the building is just old (though renovated) so wanted to make sure that those that check out the reviews before booking at least know especially if sleep is important to them. read more

What a wonderful weekend getaway(3 weekends ago) to say the least. The proprietors at the Cole really showed me and my guest a great time. We arrived after 8pm on a windy Friday night after a long disgusting drive from North County San Diego. The check in process at the hotel bar was simple. The lower level suite was true mid modern. Clean, spacious, neat and fresh. Our room was on the main road side but the road noise was not bothersome. I'm pretty sensitive to extraneous noises and I didn't complain. What I did complain about was the loud obnoxious guests above us. Lots of loud talking and thumping around until 1am or so. I made the complaint. Management handled it very Professionally. Unfortunately it didn't stick. By the next morning the noise continued. I complained again. To make a long story short the inconsiderate guests above were relocated to another room! Yeah! The pool area is great. Really nice day beds. Very efficient and friendly service to boot. The bartenders on staff are superb. The beer selection is good too. Parking is sufficient and well protected. All in all, a solid find. Hope to rebook again very soon. read more

This was my first time in Palm Springs, and The Cole Hotel made this one of my top vacation spots. Upon arrival the hotel is aesthetically pleasing outside. We parked on the side of the building but there was additional parking in the back. There is no front desk because I think it's a contactless property which is actually great. We met to check in at the bar area, everyone was very friendly. The most helpful our entire trip was Dave I believe he was the manager, & he was very helpful with everything. We were also offered a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. The room was so beautiful! It had an old vintage retro vibe but of corse everything was new. We were upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. So roomy, two TVs; bed was very comfortable. We came with friends so when they would one over from their room there were plenty of places to sit and hang out. The bathroom was pretty and had a rainfall shower too! We also had a cabana which was complimentary with our weekend stay, and it was so comfortable. We had online ordering poolside where your drinks could be brought out to you. Drinks were so good and fresh tasting. I'd recommend the indigo to my girls it's beautiful, and delicious. Also if you chose to walk to the bar it was very close. Misters were going in the seating area which was great for the heat. All the staff was very friendly when we needed anything. & the DJ was the best! He played a mix that everyone could enjoy, and engaged with the crowd. Last but certainly not least, due to the pandemic of course we have to wear masks. Horrible. Dirty. No one cares. We arrived and entire room was dirty. Brown spots in toilet, beard hair everywhere on the sink, dark stains on all towels. Just gross. No one on site so you have to call the main number. Reps very friendly but no one can help - they offered 10% off. We could not get clean towels and then realized the bed sheets had stains all over as well. Ultimately felt forced to cancel and then had to make a reservation somewhere else at twice the price because it is a busy weekend. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this property. This is the cutest hotel with the friendliest staff! Molly at the front desk is a total rockstar when it comes to customer service and was really helpful during my stay! My car battery died the morning I was checking out and I had a work call and Molly went above and beyond to accommodate me while I waited for roadside assistance. The restaurant downstairs, Heyday--their smashburgers are sooo good! I wish they were open everday! However, totally understand during COVID. Highly recommended! The rooms were cleaned immaculately. Probably the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever seen. Not a missed spot anywhere. Loved the bonus vintage Bluetooth radio in the room. Had a great time staying here during Coachella weekend. I was worried it would be loud and busy but the whole weekend was quiet. We almost felt like we were there alone! The hair products provided were luxury- I think they provide Davines haircare. The only negative is there is no pool maintenance person so there were leaves and a few bugs in the pool/jacuzzi. It's understandable since palm springs is so windy at night though, so unless someone is there 24/7 to clean it, it's inevitable. Would definitely stay again and recommend! BTW there is NO front desk. You check in via the Sonder app. There was only a housekeeping and maintenance person there everyday. read more

Here's the 411 on this place. It's an awesome little motel that has been remodeled and made modern. My room was clean and they provide complementary refillable aluminum bottles for your stay. There's a bar poolside which is only open till 11. Had so much fun here. I do have one element of constructive feedback. There is no on sight manager or hotel lobby check in desk. Where that use to be is filled with chairs for dining. I got locked out of my room due to a malfunction in their system after extending my trip out one night. I was in my speedo, cold, and getting bitten up by mosquitoes. Had I not brought my cellphone I'd be sleeping outside my door or at the pool furniture. The entire hotel is remotely run. A lady from the Philippines helped me remotely whilst I panicked on the inside. My phone was at 16% battery. We reset the door, and it didn't work. We tried again it finally worked. I was locked out of my room for an hour and a half at this point. I was given a $100 credit from Sonders for my anxiety and mosquito bites. My itchy self wobbled back into my room for the night. Also there is a cleaning fee and taxes are added to your room price so your price quoted is not all inclusive. I might consider staying here again if an alternative option to digital punch codes was presented to me as I don't want to get locked out again. I made so many new friends local and distant while staying here that the place almost has this special culture to it that made this experience worthwhile. read more

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The rain shower head was nice and even the bath products and ere really good! The staff was very friendly and genuinely concerned about our comfort. The check in was basically independent but was easy so no need for extra staff, but via text they were ready to help. Over fathers day weekend we drive out to the Cole Hotel in Palm Springs. While it may be hot, 118! This is the coolest hotel. The goal was to get away, drink margaritas and hang out in a pool for the weekend. Mission accomplished. Check in. We are met by Miranda who checked us in and offered us a cocktail to start. Check in is at the bar. PERFECT. The hotel was built in the late 50s early 60s and has been re-done. Our room was awesome, new tile bathroom with rain shower, fridge for our cocktails and a great bed. The hotel was super clean and neat and service from Miranda, Jeffrey and Gus could not have been better. There is a full service bar with craft cocktails and they do serve food too. Being that this is Palm Springs, the hotel is only a couple minutes from all the restaurants and bars in town. Miranda and Gus were there whenever we needed something (Cocktails!). The owners of the Cole hit a home run with the entire staff. Almost forgot. 21 and over!!! No kids. Not that we don't like kids, ours is all grown up and this is a hotel for Grownups! Price is great, location is awesome. Its not one of the big resorts. Only 30 cool rooms, so if you like crowds of people and kids. This is not the spot. Stayed for one night and was able to do early check-in which was awesome on Thursday. At check-in they provide a canned welcome drink (vodka soda, etc). The room was nothing crazy but very clean which is the most important to me. Stellar view of the mountains from our room. We didn't see any other guest once we checked-in which wasn't an issue, we were excited to have the pool to ourselves................. The pool was way to gross to get into that day. Filmy layer on top, so much sand at the bottom (at first glance thought the pool needed to be painted) and lots of bugs. The guy working (who was very nice) said the pool cleaner was scheduled for that day but he didn't know when. He also attempted to skim the pool himself but had never done it before. It was very hot that day and we essentially booked the hotel pre-weekend for the pool so we ended up leaving for the day to get lunch and drinks, along with pool-time at another hotel. We even extended our Palm Springs stay but booked a room elsewhere. Clean, friendly staff, but lacking. We have stayed at another hotel in Palm Springs about this same size boutique yet updated and in comparison to that hotel I probably won't stay at the Cole again or recommend it. But if it's all you can find it's great for a good night's rest. There was a fire pit by our room that we had been interested in sitting at for a night cap but there was no indication regarding if there was a button to start it nearby or if you needed to create a fire and as the hotel was near deserted including staff at that time we didn't get to do it. So excited that I finally got to stay here! Was planning a trip shortly before COVID hit the U.S., and well, you all know how that went... Having just checked out today, here is my full review: PROS: - Staff: Every single person who works here is so incredibly sweet and welcoming, especially the bartenders! If you need anything at all, they will happily serve you or answer your questions with a smile. Can't speak highly enough of them all. - Communication: I LOVE that this place has fully embraced technology. It's 2021. Everybody and their dog has a cell phone. No need for paper menus, instructions, room phones, etc. They text you all the details you need and you can scan a QR code for menus, instructions for Bluetooth stereo in the room, order food/drinks, check out, etc. Super convenient! - Drinks: They have a small bar up front and an impressive collection of liquor. Their specialty cocktails are delicious! The Ginger Windmill is particularly good. They hand you a delicious canned cocktail upon arrival, but do yourself a favor and stop back in for another one of their great drinks. (Note: they have some small food selections, too, but I didn't get around to trying any.) - Decor: The entire hotel is beautifully decorated and renovated. Love the mid-mod theme, and the rooms were great. We booked a Cole King and not only was it very spacious and clean, but the way it was set up made it very comfortable to spend time in. There's a bed, a couch, a table, two smart TVs, a wet bar (including a mini fridge with some goodies if you so choose to purchase), a bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Appreciated being able to put away my things and not having to stare at bags/luggage all weekend or trip over things. - Parking: Parking is easy and plentiful! They have some in the front, side, and back. Very easy to get in and out of this hotel, or to hail an Uber or Lyft. CONS - Air conditioning: This place doesn't appear to have central AC. There was a small unit plugged into the wall in our room. It wasn't turned on before our arrival, so our room was pretty warm and it took a while for it to get to a comfortable temperature (it was between 112 and 117 when we visited.) It was also extremely noisy. We kept it on while we slept because we didn't want to be hot, but it was hard to fall asleep because of the noise. I was also woken up periodically because it turned on and off a few times. - Expenses: Hoping in the future this hotel will allow you to charge things to your room. It was kind of a pain having to remember to bring my credit card to the pool, the bar, etc. I LOVE that you can text your order in, but it would be great if they could just charge any additional expenses to the card you have on file. - Pool: While the pool was lovely and spacious (they have a jacuzzi, too), the water looked murky and dirty to me the entire time I was there. Really think they need to clean it more often... I showered immediately every time I was done swimming because I felt grossed out. - Sustainability: This hotel commits itself to being "green", which I do appreciate, but I feel like that comes at the expense of some luxury and convenience. For example, we only had a very small roll of toilet paper in our room and ran out almost immediately. We had to go up to the front twice to ask for more, and they limit you to 2 towels only. You also have to ask for pool towels instead of being able to grab some yourself. It kind of made my husband and I feel like pests (even though all staff members were extremely nice each time!), so I would appreciate if things like that were made a bit easier for their guests. It feels like you have to go to the front for absolutely everything. Overall, though, a wonderful weekend getaway. Just spent an extended weekend in Palm Springs at The Cole Hotel. This place is a perfect cheek get-a-way that has quaint and chill music vibes that really set the mood by the pool. As a frequent traveler I typically bring my own pillow (I'm kinda of a pillow snob), BUT no need..The pillows are plush and comfy along with the soft bedding (honestly, the quality feels the same as the ritz). One of my biggest pet peeves with hotels is inadequate shower heads.. and once again I was pleasantly surprised with The Cole Hotel as the quality of the showers exceeded my expectations. Next on the list is food. Typically in these smaller hotels the food/drinks are subpar. This midcentury gem has a mouthwatering eatery called the Hayday. Both my boyfriend and I were blown away with the quality and taste of their burgers. Finally, the staff. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Even with COVID in place they really did go above and beyond to make our stay welcoming. read more

Overrated, lousy service, loud cheap air conditioning, annoying music playing all day and on top it I was charged an extra 140 for a dog fee. Why ?? This was a last minute decision due to a wind storm, we paid for in with the cost but that is what you get for not planning. The staff was amazing and the complimentary drink was a nice surprise. The bartender was so nice and provided us with great information about the town, most importantly he made us a fantastic margarita. The hotel was very hip with a nice pool area and very clean rooms. I decided to take a last-minute getaway to Palm Springs and found The Cole on Booking.com. The Cole Hotel, located in the hip, revitalized north Palm Springs community. When I go to Palm Springs I most definitely want a sense of old-school nostalgia and The Cole delivered. As I drove in, I most definitely had a sense of retro charm, but with modern features including the check-in. You know you are in for a great time when check-in is at an open-air bar with friendly staff and a stiff drink. This was a great concept and made for a welcoming first impression. Located directly across from the bar, is a simple dining venue called The Heyday. The Heyday has a short menu -- but with its famous smash burger, you don't need a lot of options as it was a perfect choice. Their breakfast sandwich was excellent as well and I enjoyed the interaction with the chef. The common space was thoughtful with cute outdoor seating around the bar including a fire pit, charming accent features, and clever architectural details. The pool and hot tub area were inviting and well-appointed with loungers and cabanas. And although I did not bring my dog, I assume The Cole is pet-friendly, are there were a couple of dogs living their best lives around the pool. I booked the Cole King room and I was very pleased with its size and on-point décor. The bed and linens were very comfortable and I loved the bathroom and rain shower head. I was most definitely taking notes on details and decorative finishes that I would want in my own home. I can honestly say that my experience at The Cole was a delightful find. From the friendly staff and check-in to the stylish room and inviting pool, I was immersed in Palm Springs throw-back, but with all the creature comforts of today. read more

Could this hotel be any cuter? This was our first post-COVID hotel stay. It's brand new and has a really sharply renovated Mid-Century design. Our room, The Cole Suite, was spacious and dog-friendly -- we brought our two babies with us. We felt safe and even dined out at the on-site restaurant and drank drinks at the on-site bar for the first time in three months. The Heyday has one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. We even ate there a second time for breakfast and had homemade breakfast sandwich that was to-die-for. All the servers, including the bartenders at the pool bar, wore masks and there were social distancing signs and hand sanitizers throughout the hotel. In short, we felt safe being in a public space for the first time in a while. Everything felt clean and there was enough distance between everyone in the common areas to feel both social and safe at the same time. It was the break from reality we needed! We even ended up extending our stay one night because we couldn't seem to get ourselves to leave. I think we've found our new (in this case, the newest) place to revisit in Palm Springs. Positives: cute rooms, clean, free water bottles, great bar staff, reasonably priced drinks, price was acceptable. Negatives: early check in and late check out were both denied. However there was literally no one at the resort. A group of use came and had three rooms and there were maybe 1 other couple. The restaurant wasn't open, bummer because that's one of the reasons I booked this. We arrived Saturday morning at 9:30, code didn't work for bag luggage check so I couldn't even get into the gates. No one was there or available, could only contact online. Which I don't think is that big of a deal. Except 9am on a Saturday morning I would assume is probably a time you should staff for a vacation style hotel. I also asked 24+ hours prior to check in if I could pay to have champagne and goodies in our room to surprise my husband for his birthday. The online concierge said, no problem where would you like it charged and that "we'll be in contact". Low and behold nothing in the room and no one ever told me they couldn't accommodate or that they ran into issues. No discussion. Hugely unsatisfied. If you're looking for an overly priced hotel room to literally just sleep, this place is it. But definitely not up to par as a resort style place. read more

The Cole is a wonderful boutique hotel! Very clean and appointed with mid-century flare which makes this a fantastic Palm Springs spot. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They have a poolside cafe and bar for bites and cocktails by the pool. Located just a few minutes from the heart of Palm Springs makes this a great location to stay. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying at The Cole again soon. An excellent place to stay if you are a drug addict who want to party til the sun comes up playing music so loud it shakes the walls on a week night! For a normal person looking to get some sleep, not so much. After still getting no sleep at 4am, I went to ask our lovely neighbors to turn it down a bit and they didn't even open the door when knocked. I called the "front desk" of this hotel which is literally a help desk in India, which was about as helpful as it sounds. Currently typing this at 5am, and absolutely nothing has been done about the noise. At least I know where to go if I ever decide to descend into heroin addiction. read more
