Service is quick which makes it perfect for lunch breaks etc. Coffee is some of the best in the area. The food menu is varied and I have always found the food to be of the highest quality. the management clearly puts a lot of effort into making the menu and service as good as it can be. Smokers can smoke on the fully laid out patio. The toilet is always clean. They also offer WiFi so if you need it just ask and they will give you the password. But for us consumers, it's yet another place to use a toilet on Castle Street (don't laugh - it used to be a real problem!) and also it's another place to get coffee on a Sunday, which is important now that there are a lot more shops open on Sunday. So it's all good. Costa is my third favourite of coffee chains in the UK (the first two being AMT, which is only in train stations as far as I know, and Cafe Nero). They have made a good job of doing up the place; I had a decaff latte with my Sunday paper there today and it was quite crowded but still quite pleasant.
