This is probably the slowest service I've received from a food place whose main product is coffee and sandwich/pastries/cakes. The time I went to this place did not have many customers at all. So I expected a lot about the speedy service given that the place was not jampacked when I ate here. Need I say more that even the queue to order was slow and when I paid with cash, I was even asked if I have Php5 because they don't have enough change! If there is a negative rating for this I will give this place that for those very important elements of providing good customer experience in a food place.

However, the only thing I ever order is their tapa, which is basically beef flakes. I usually like to have soda with meals like this, but here, I have it with their very own iced tea. It may be a bit sweet for some, but for me, it's the perfect end to a salty-and-spicy meal.
