Let me paint the picture: 1. The location address was this…read morehuge plaza building in downtown Raleigh, NC. with no suite number listed or anything. This felt odd to me but whatever I pressed through. 2. I parked in a nearby parking garage and received a call from an iCert Global rep telling me the class was cancelled due to a family emergency of the instructor. This call comes in FIVE MINUTES before the class is supposed to start. Furthermore, why is a rep from iCert calling me when I booked the training with MSys through eventbrite. I would find out later that MSys contracts some (maybe all) of their PMP training to iCert because they had horrible instructors in the past. She convinced me to try the online class and I reluctantly gave it a try.. 3. The instructor spent the first 1 to 2 hours apologizing for missing some training in person because of declining health due to cancer or something and was actually in the hospital. He was based in Seattle and I in Raleigh so I'm not sure which training he actually couldn't attend. ALOT of that is going around apparently. He further explained that due to this circumstance he would only do half days and we would need to change the schedule around. I feel for the guy REALLY but what in the entire HELL!?!?!? WHY is he an instructor? He shouldn't be. You expect working people to shift their lives around to adjust to one instructor???? We had already done that when we scheduled and signed up for the training. 4. There were several people in the class who like me had been funneled there because some other class had been cancelled. Some had also scheduled the online class. One particular guy was actually given the wrong link by the organizer and should've been in an entire different class all together. MY GOODNESS the lack of professionalism. 5. I promptly decided that this B.S. wasn't going to cut it and begin working the phones and chat to see about my refund. The organizer then booted me from the class. 6. I found out through Eventbrite later when trying to get my money back that I was the only person who had registered for this class...hence the reason for the "medical emergency" from the instructor i bet. But that's just speculation. 7. I'm SUPPOSED to get my money back within 24 hours but we'll see if that actually happens.. Don't be stupid..I was stupid...don't plan any training with iCert or Msys. You've been WARNED!!

I am very upset about my whole experience with ICert Global…read more I signed up at MsysTraining website for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in person Training from Jun 26th to Jun 30th. The training was provided by ICert Global. The instructor was not having deep knowledge understanding of concepts. He had no industrial experience on how to apply the concepts in real life projects. He was reading through the slides. He skipped almost 80% of the concepts, charts, applications, calculations in the Measure and Analyze Phase. When we ask any questions, he either gave an answer which is not correct or trying to make it up on the go. He often searched for the answers online for basic questions. At the end of 4 days, when I look at the sample test / course content, most of the sections looked new to me. Course: I had an expectation that paying $1800 for a course will be very valuable and I will have professionals to collaborate with. But when I went for the training, it was me and my other friend (we both signed up together) and one more attendee (3 people). All the courses I attended so far in my career, the organizer provided course materials or printed handouts. No books / handouts provided for the training. The instructor printed few pages of the PowerPoint slide he was given and handed out on day 3 and 4. No projector was provided in the meeting room for the instructor to present. The instructor was reading slide after slide, and using incorrect terms and giving incorrect explanation. He was switching between phases of Six sigma constantly which was very confusing. We didn't get any handouts to follow him. The instructor skipped all the areas which talks about charts, or calculations. He spent almost an hour and half during first 3 days and 3 hours on last day to through the sample questions. He kept repeating the same questions to make us memorize the answer instead of spending time in explaining the concepts. Online Materials: The Icert global online portal has video for each session, when I tried to go through it, the audio of the session and the information displayed on the screen was not matching, its more distracting and not useful at all. I had an expectation that after this course, without spending hours of reading I will learn the key concepts and the tools used in Six Sigma to improve the quality of any process. Now it turns out like even after paying $1800 and going through the training, I had to go through the pain of reading the book in detail to understand how each tools are used. I had wasted 4 days of time and money on this course. I cannot recommend or write ICert a positive review at this point and would appreciate a refund

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Gwinnett Technical…read moreCollege's International Student Department. My husband has been trying to enroll for over two months and has submitted every document requested. Despite this, the process has been dragged out due to the school's complete failure to communicate. He was told that two days ago someone from the International Student Department needed to call him back to review a few items. That call never happened. Over the past two days, he has called multiple times, only to be sent straight to voicemail every single time. He left a voicemail and sent an email, neither of which received a response. Today, we tried again and were even told that the call was being transferred to the director of the department, only for that call to also go to voicemail. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially for international students dealing with time-sensitive enrollment requirements. The lack of follow-up, accountability, and basic customer service makes it feel like international students are not a priority at this institution. No one should have to repeatedly chase a school just to get a response after complying with all requirements. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this school to any international student based on our experience.
