According to the error message a spring had sprung and it had to shut down. The owner live directly across the alley so i went for help. The owner came back with me and tripped the main breaker to reset the washer. My money was gone but clothes not washed. That damn tightwad refused to refund me and was talking some used car salesmen smack/. He tried to blame me and when that didn't work he insisted my clothes were washed just as good even though it broke down before the rinse cycle. So my review is that the dont care about the customer and wont admit when they are wrong.

This place has really gone downhill. It was extremely dirty when I came in--trash all over the…read morefloors, machines not wiped down, and just an overall neglected feel. Several machines were out of order, which made it even more frustrating trying to get laundry done. What really bothered me was that someone came in, collected money from the machines, and left without making any effort to clean or take care of the place. That tells you everything you need to know about how it's being run right now. There was also a ton of pet hair inside multiple machines. I'm allergic to pets, so that was a big issue for me and honestly pretty unacceptable in a shared laundry space. I even ended up picking up some of the garbage myself because it was getting on my nerves. It's a shame because I used to come here years ago, and it was a completely different place--clean, well-maintained, and you could tell the owners actually cared. Now it feels abandoned. Honestly, it's no surprise to see it up for sale. I won't be coming back. I'll be finding somewhere else to do my laundry.

I had Toruń my clothes through another walk with water every where to have them dry enough to put in a dryer, this lead to a longer stay than planned. I have always went later in the evening & never had issues but tonight against my better judgement I left long enough to get some dryer sheets & when I returned the lights were off & the doors locked. I immediately panicked & tried to get ahold of the owners on Facebook or any number I could find with no luck. there worker Kim said she couldn't help me, that she didn't have access to the severity system. I begged for her to get ahold of the owners just so I could get my clothes out and take them elsewhere to dry, she said there was nothing she could do. Now, not only am i out the gas & money and detergent I used, now my clothes will be mildewed & will need to be rewashed. I had to scrape change just to make this 1 load happen & now I have no idea what to do. I would never do someone this way.
