The day started at our hotel, where she jumped between our separate rooms to capture my wife and me getting ready. Before she had even gotten to our rooms, she had already scouted the perfect location for our first look. The moment was absolutely incredible, and she handled everything; we didn't have to do a thing but follow her lead. That professional confidence continued at City Hall. She has a masterful familiarity with the building. She took full control of the shoot, guiding us as she told us exactly where to stand, how to pose, and where to move next so we could just relax and enjoy the moment. She knows San Francisco City Hall inside and out -- the lighting, the angles, the timing, and the key locations that truly matter -- every shot felt deliberate and it showed. We received around 300 images, and the quality is so consistent that I plan to print every last one of them in large format to ensure we have a permanent physical archive. The pre-session…read moreemails can feel intense, but I see them like building codes and OSHA regulations: written based on years of experience. In person, he's so chill and gives off great vibes. Don't let the emails scare you! I did add-ons this time, and I found the process to be confusing because the session length doesn't increase with the number of add-ons, which made me nervous that the 30 minutes wouldn't be enough. I eventually opted to keep one add-on (gelled lighting) and apply the remaining funds to additional images + small refund. Obtaining the refund has required some back-and-forth, but that's been the only hiccup and hasn't impacted the extremely high quality of the shoot, retouching, or final images in any way. Highly recommend Jeff if you want stunning, dramatic images that you'll be proud of for years to come. Are they expensive? Yes. Will you use them for literally everything for the next million years? Also yes.
