I've been here on a couple different occasions…read moreover the years and I have had nothing but great attitudes and help from the physical therapists I have seen. I would recommend coming here for sure. Now the front desk staff I think could use some work on their policies/procedures and attitudes. They are not the easiest to work with. The little stuff, does not bother me like it used to. I tried going through my GP to start treatments and they wouldnt help. I had a total T of like 235, was exhausted all the time. It happens slowly and by the time I got around to taking the step to visit this clinic, I was ready and they obliged. You will feel comfortable walking in the door. You will be warmly greeted by a staff of lovely ladies who know what they are doing. They will do a thorough blood anaylisis and then prescribe a proper dose of TRT. I take mine twice weekly to minimise peaks and it works well for me. Some folks inject only once per week and some like to micro dose daily. These guys will also work with you on that. About the injections. They are not that bad. The needles are very small. I actually look forward to shot days, because I can feel it and it is wonderful. The head nusrse, Laura is very cool and easy to talk to. I talk with her about things I wouldnt share with anyone else and feel like she cares about me. Not once has she tried to up-sale me. If you are on the fence about doing this, all I can say is for my situation it is a life saver. I don't usually bother doing reviews, but I am completly satisfied. There is no spell checker on this post review, so I apoligize for mispelled words

I worked at the early childhood development center within Gallup, and was extremely disappointed by…read morethe leadership. Management appeared to fall into the role without the qualifications or leadership skills it requires. Employee concerns were consistently ignored, and there was clear favoritism toward long-time staff. Issues that were brought forward were avoided entirely, as management seemed uncomfortable addressing conflict, which meant problems were never resolved. There is no real HR structure in place, leaving staff without support or accountability when concerns arise. This created a toxic, unprofessional environment where employees did not feel heard or respected. Strong leadership and accountability are essential in early childhood education, and unfortunately that foundation was missing here.
