Second, regardless of whether you were hired through a third-party warranty company, you still had an obligation to me, the customer, to properly complete the repairs you were paid to perform. The fact that a warranty company paid you does not excuse an incomplete repair. Furthermore, if your company truly stands behind its work, then I expect you to issue me a refund for the repairs you performed on my personal washing machine last year. You were given three separate opportunities over a period of more than two months to repair that machine, and despite charging me for your services, you never successfully fixed the problem. I have been more than patient and have given your company every reasonable opportunity to make things right. At this point, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for those unsuccessful repairs. I expect your company to take responsibility for the work it was paid to do rather than making excuses or shifting responsibility to a third party.
