She was very helpful and told me what flowers they had on hand. I told her that I trust her flower choices and she said it would be delivered same day. Prices start at $35 and I feel I got a good value for what I paid. Within the next several hours, I received notice that the flowers were already delivered! My grandmother was so pleased and the flowers are beautiful. I like to support local businesses and I'm so glad I went with this option. Highly recommended!

Everything was beautiful, they arrived when they said they would, and the quality was unquestionable. They were always very friendly and personable. They did not have the snobby vibe like I got from another florist. They worked with me to give me a great product in my budget. Communication was the only area that I felt could be improved on. I wasn't entirely sure what my altar piece was going to be until the wedding. All of my guests loved the flowers and table pieces.

(Of note, every single vendor we had said we were one of the easiest weddings that they have ever done bc we were so easy going.) A couple months before the wedding we had to run around to find a new florist. Debbie to this day (our wedding was this past weekend) never got back to us. Unbelievably unprofessional. I could go on listing negatives about her but we'll leave it at that. I would never, ever recommend her to anyone especially not to a bride who is planning one of the best days in her life. You can do better anywhere.

However, the reason for the one star is the customer service. We visited this shop one weekend and there was only one other customer in the store. The person working was standing close to the entrance door as we came in and never even looked at us let alone greeted us or said one word. She definitely saw us come in. It's a very small shop and we walked right by her. Then when we left she never said boo or looked our way. It was just plain rude and for this reason I will never return to this store. It's a shame that shopkeepers don't realize the importance of greeting your customers and making them feel welcome. For good customer service, I'm always willing to spend more money even if I feel the prices are way too high.
