I have had some great experiences and some mediocre experiences but without a doubt, this is my all time most disappointing experience. Please tell me how anyone, other than an inexperienced stylist, could ruin a pixie? If you are going to charge like a high end salon, do better! It has taken me over a month to write this because of my anger level. I had nothing but negative comments on the "do" and I had an important engagement to go to. Only pro for me was decor that will never make up for my bad experience!

I had never been to this place before and when I called to find out if they had a spot available that same day for 60minute massage I spoke to a therapist/acunpunturist there. I asked how long he had been doing massage and he answered........too long! It was a bit of a turn off from the beginning but I just nothing of it, so I booked an appointment. The therapist (Young Kwon) was not attentive to my requests nor did he listen to what my concerns and problem.pain areas were. i wanted to walk out in the middle of the massage. I asked several times to apply more pressure and tried to be polite with direction. He barely acknowledged that I was even talking. After he was finished he did not ask how it went or how I was feeling and simply handed me the receipt. This felt like the oppposite of quality client care and therapeutic practices. Have tried everything,gone to doctors, and no one had any answers for me. I finally decided to give her a try. By my third visit I could walk without pain. She is truly a Godsend.
