It's been 30+ years since I've been in a gym. I needed help as I am not in shape and just not flexible anymore, and have a hip problem. i knew immediately that I was "home" when I walked in the door. The owners and trainers make you feel like family. They care. They take time to show you how to do things, how to use the equipment, and how to exercise best for you. The classes are phenomena.
