I dont give compliments if they arent deserved but after a few treatments, I do feel better than I have been. I have arthritis in my right knee and L4-L5 herniated disc, and after playing Pickleball for about a year, it got extremely painful. I started needing Cortizone shots in my knee every three months, but over the last six months of last year and the beginning of this year, I couldn't make it three months. I would be three weeks short of getting the shot and running about a 4 to 5 level of discomfort. It affected my sleep and my everyday functioning. I knew i needed to do something or it was just going to get worse and I didn't want to keep getting shots for the rest of my life or need a knee replacement.
