I regularly order from here on a Saturday night (prime time) and the order is usually taken without issue. The problem I have is that I will be given a number and a wait time (for example 30 minutes). The wait time is like a number they have just plucked out of thin air. Every single time, if I turn up after 30 minutes, you can guarantee I have been stood waiting anywhere between 10-30 minutes over the allotted time. When given your food, a number is read out, a price given, money exchanged and good bye. Yes the place is busy, but you truly are just a number when it's busy. Just give me an honest wait time. I can't comment on any other night as it's usually weekend when I order. The food on the other hand is excellent, probably the best Chinese takeaway I've had in terms of food quality, quantity and it's very reasonably priced. As I said, the food is at the very least worthy of a 4 star rating. 3 stars but it could easily improve.

Drinks were offered as soon as we sat down and menus handed out without a fuss. Food This is sit down buffet style menu though please don't be put off with the word 'buffet'.
