Along with the doula care I received from Iveth, my first birthing experience became special, joyful, and unforgettable. When I saw my OBGYN's negative response to my birth plan at 37 weeks, my instincts told me I deserved better and more personalized care. During my prenatal visits and home birth, I could feel that Midwife Marve and Doula Iveth truly cared for me--physically and emotionally. They treated me as an individual, offering customized support like tracking my daily nutritional intake and checking my vitamin levels. They also helped me stay calm and coached me throughout the birth--instead of applying a one-size-fits-all protocol. After birth, when my baby girl was having trouble latching, Marve checked in with me daily and came to visit, offering helpful tips and emotional support without ever making me feel rushed or judged. Iveth brought homegrown herbs, fresh vegetables, and delicious homemade meals during each visit, nourishing both my body and spirit throughout the birthing experience. I'm deeply grateful to both of them, and I would recommend them to anyone who is expecting--without a doubt.

She has a way of making you feel seen, heard, and completely supported during such an important time. This may be TMI to some, but it was beautifully life-changing for me, when I gave birth to both of my sons, she allowed me to reach down, grab them, and bring them up to my chest myself. It was the most amazing, heartfelt moment I will never forget. With my last baby, she had told me she might be on call, and I was so worried because I wanted only her to deliver my baby. Somehow, she made it happen. I truly believe my son waited for her, the second she walked into the room, it was go time! Her dedication and genuine care for her patients goes far beyond the medical side, she cared for me and my family in a way that I will forever be grateful for. She and her team are truly the best.

The first doctor I saw was Dr. McLemore, he is very respectful, calm, and has great bedside manners. Although I was initially nervous about seeing multiple doctors instead of sticking with just one, I'm actually very glad I did because it allowed me to get to know several of them. I can honestly say that every doctor I encountered was amazing, compassionate, and supportive. Dr. Agosto was incredibly sweet and had such a fun, uplifting personality. Dr. Moody was also very kind, compassionate, and patient. When my baby showed signs of distress, she immediately took action and made the decision to induce me. I truly felt seen and heard by her, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. Dr. Kasar delivered my baby, and she is absolutely amazing. She is calm, understanding, compassionate, and soft-spoken. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides. Erika at checkout was wonderful, she communicated clearly while helping me navigate my disability process and consistently provided great customer service during checkout. I did experience a small issue during one visit when I was running about 15 minutes late. I called ahead and was told it was okay to still come in. However, when I arrived, the woman at the front desk on the right was a bit standoffish. I explained that I had called ahead and that I was dealing with pelvic pain and walked as fast as I could, but there was no compassion shown. I did file a complaint with Liz, who was very understanding and apologized for the interaction. Liz was also extremely on top of my disability forms, kept me informed throughout the process, and was overall very helpful. Thank you, Liz, for all your support. Overall, my experience at this office was great. I would absolutely recommend this practice 10/10 and I'm very grateful for the care I received from the doctors and staff.

Working with Jillian as our birth doula was one of the best decisions we made during our pregnancy…read morejourney. From the very beginning, Jillian provided compassionate, evidence-based birth education that helped us to feel at ease, empowered and informed as first time parents. She took the time to really understand our desires and priorities for our birth experience, and she was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process leading up to our birth. We met twice prior to birth and she helped us to create our birth plan. Jillian was available via text at any point, but was very helpful and responsive toward the end of my pregnancy. When my birth plan shifted and I needed to be induced, Jillian was immediately available, offering steady guidance, emotional support, and practical tools to help me feel comfortable and prepare for the unknown. She made an extra trip to the hospital simply to guide us through the induction process. Jillian was by my side through many (late, never-ending) hours of our very lengthy labor. She guided me through the pain and many hard decisions. She was a calm and encouraging presence not only for me, but for my husband's ease during the intense labor as well. While our labor brought us many deviations from our original birth plan, Jillian helped us ask the right questions, understand our options, and feel confident in our decisions. I never once felt alone or overwhelmed because she was always there to reassure me and offer honest & safe birth guidance. Even though our birth ultimately ended in a c-section, I can honestly say I felt supported, respected, and strong throughout the entire experience, because of Jillian. Jillian stayed in our labor and delivery room during the c-section to help completely pack us up to move to the postpartum floor. She was one of the first faces I saw upon returning to our labor and delivery room and she was eager to help with skin to skin and latching. Jillian stayed with us to help us get settled and returned the next day to check in on us. Jillian visited our house twice more for a postpartum visit and delivery. We were always so happy to see her bright, kind face. She brought a very cheerful, yet calming presence to our home. I know if we had labored with her at our home, it would have been a beautiful, calm experience. I also utilized Jillian's placenta encapsulation services and was very pleased with the results. She even made us little heart art out of our baby's umbilical cord. So kind. Jillian's warmth and deep knowledge made all the difference in our experience. I'm incredibly grateful to have had her by our side, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a doula who is both deeply compassionate and skilled. We will forever be thankful to Jillian for being such a huge part of bringing our sweet girl into the world safely.

I found myself single mom-ing when my son was pretty young and needed a warm, loving, and trustworthy Mommy helper. My little one is 4.5 now and Jillian has been a part of his life for over 4 years of that. When he was young/prior to preschool age, Jillian helped me with my Luca consistently 3-4x/week. I always felt so at ease by way of her updates on his eating, sleeping, play, mood and toilet type updates. As he grew and needs evolved, she remains my go-to sitter and even our kiddos enjoy playing together, get together for holiday/other celebrations. She is as amazing at caring for little ones as she is at leaving you feel like she is part of your family. I've also witnessed her tirelessly learn, grow and complete all steps towards being an amazing midwife, and the efforts she has always put into being a doula. You don't want to miss Jillian supporting you and your family, whether that is during your pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or a mix. We love Auntie J endlessly!

Our family adores Jordan! She has been such blessing from the moment we met her. Once we found out…read morewe were expecting, we immediately began looking for doulas. I had intended to interview a few but as luck would have it, Jordan was our first interview. Her energy spoke volumes and everything we spoke about affirmed what I imagined my pregnancy and birth to be. My wife and I hadn't even made it home before we decided we wanted to proceed with Jordan. She was such great support throughout my pregnancy and as a first time mom, her childbirth education course made me feel ready (or as ready as you can be) and empowered for an unmedicated birth center birth. From day one, Jordan made it a point to get to know my wife and I so that she could really support us collectively and individually on this journey. She was a calming voice during labor and delivery and went above and beyond afterwards to make sure we felt supported and cared for. She has a plethora of knowledge and resources that can help you with whatever you may need. When my son had trouble latching she connected me with an incredible IBCLC who completely transformed my breastfeeding journey. We are 6 months into this journey and thriving. After our son was born, Jordan continued as our postpartum doula. She's amazing - from holding him and giving us a break so we could take a nap to washing dishes and folding newborn laundry - Jordan continued making us feel supported and cared for. She was also a listening ear whenever I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to talk about all the new things I was experiencing. 5 stars is not enough. I can't recommend Jordan and her services enough. She deeply cares about her clients and it is evident not only in what she does, but how she does it. If you are looking for a doula, she is THE ONE!

We appreciated that she took the time to really get to know my partner and myself through out the process. She took the time to get know our needs and and helped us set up a birth plan we were comfortable with. She was very supportive of all our decisions and provided resources in order to help us reach an informed decision in areas where we had questions. We decided to take her full workshop, where we gained all the information we could need for the birthing process, pregnancy, postpartum care, and basic child care information. We felt well prepared for labor and any obstacles that could come our way. We loved the movement classes and the partner communication sessions of the course. The course helped us really get on the same page about many aspects of this journey. Her prenatal yoga class is also very relaxing and beneficial. I felt so much more relaxed after the session and plan on going for more for my postpartum care. Jordan was there for us throughout the very long labor and all the obstacles that came with it. She was supportive and tried to make the situation as comfortable for us as possible. She helped manage emotions and provided more information as we had to make in the moment decisions. After our beautiful baby boy was born, Jordan was there to help me get the baby to latch, make me comfortable, and help with minor details with the nurses. She checked in regularly once we were home and was a huge help during our postpartum care visit. We truly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a support during their pregnancy. As first time parents we were so nervous of everything that was coming our way. After our classes, meetings and just getting to know Jordan, we felt so much better and prepared. I knew I had a friend I could call at anytime. And I took advantage of that a couple times. We plan to hire her for any future children we may have.
