The room itself was somewhat spacious. Our ski gear ended up making the room a little crowded. We were just happy that the beds were nice and comfortable. Our room was near the back door, so we were able to park toward the back of the hotel to have quick access to our vehicle. The Grand Lodge has a nice lobby area. I enjoyed hanging out in front of the fireplace late evenings. There is a fitness room and a gift store near the lobby that sells souvenirs, merchandise and personal items. There is a restaurant called the Highlife Crust & Crafts inside of this hotel. We didn't dine there, but I did grab a breakfast burrito one morning and got charged twice for it. So I had to return to get a refund. The food at Highlife is a little pricey. There are plenty of food options in the surrounding area if you want something more affordable. Overall, our stay here was good and we enjoyed the convenience of having a short walk to the ski resort.

The kitchenette is also great if you want to bring some of your own food. Yes, you may have a different experience based on where you reserve your room. We used Vrbo. The hotel is not brand new but honestly, who goes on vacation to stay in their hotel room and examine some paint chips on the wall? I'll definitely be back again.

San Moritz Condominiums - View of the sunsets from San Moritz

Please note that 104 does not mean first floor. You literally are on the bottom floor and have to climb the three flights every trip (in addition to the flight of stairs to the parking lot). Our space was sufficient for what we needed. It was pet friendly for our daughter's puppy. She had indicated that they were bringing the puppy but apparently it did not get into the notes or on the booking. Either way, the maid service did not come but once and never came again when they realized that the puppy was in her crate. The water in the kitchen never got warm for washing dishes. The beds were adequate for a condominium. I always pull back the bedding when I arrive to a location. The sheets had apparently been washed with something that had black lint in it. There was black balls of lint all over the bedding. You can imagine the concern we had until examination closer. The yellow warning tapes were on the deck due to the snow that was accumulated on deck. Going up and down steps outside the building were difficult. View from the room was good, but so much snow piled up that you had to go outside to really see the mountains. The biggest plus to the San Moritz was the shuttle service to town. It was only a phone call away. We did not have to wait more than 15-minutes. If they were going to be longer than the time needed, they would tell you to call back. Room Tip: Ask about the actual level of room. We were in 104 and thought we were on1st floor. Wrong!

She helped us understand the market, walked us through all the detail of the paperwork, and answered all our questions. She prepared us for hidden costs when selling and was key in helping us prepare the place. She and her team did an amazing job staging it, taking professional photos, and running open houses (all at no costs or worries for us). She kept us continually updated -- We got a lot of interest and multiple offers which she also guided us through. The best moment was when the inspection turned up an issue with one of the ovens, but it had always worked in past. She did some quick research and found that our fancy oven can flip a switch when it is cleaned. She was able to follow the YouTube video and fix it and even let the new buyers know about that trick for the future. Mindy was also prompt and on top of everything and when she could not be there, Laurel was there backing her up. We really loved our place and it was emotional to sell, but she made it seamless and low stress. Her knowledge of the market and her many connections gave us full confidence and peace of mind. It can take a long time to sell a property in a resort town - it was just a couple months start to finish. Thanks Mindy.

I have recommended Mindy and her office to several friends and a acquaintances and will continue to do so. Very fun to work with!! Sarah Berg Austin, Texas
