He sent me a potential script and allowed myself and my fiancé to edit it and make changes to tailor it to our style. He arrived early for our rehearsal and walked everyone through the ceremony. The day of he arrived on time, was dressed nicely, and delivered an amazing ceremony! After signing the marriage license, Ken took it with him to drop in the mail so we didn't have to worry about it. I booked my daughter's baby shower here for 08/20/2016. We met with Russell, I think about 2 or 3…read moremonths in advance. He is exceptional to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and has a great sense of humor - thank goodness he has all of these for the 3 ring circus that rolled in the day of the shower! In our initial meeting he pulled info from us, that we hadn't even really thought about, and executed those ideas beautifully. I was so happy to see the baby blue and pastel yellow napkins and table runner (It's a boy!). It was cute and classy at the same time. Russell had decided to move us to another room within the facility, and we did not expect it and were speechless when we saw it. He told me we'd be more comfortable in the larger room (We'd had a bigger number than we'd originally thought.), and I thought that was just really nice of him to think of the customer that way. We chose a lunch buffet that was delicious and not so heavy. It's super hot here, and I don't think anyone wants to have a huge lunch. My mom & I had made all the desserts, but all of my serving pieces were in storage. Russell and crew took care of that! They made my desserts look so pretty I almost didn't believe that I had made them! I had also opted for the chocolate fountain because -pregnant lady! Speaking of the staff. My gosh, they were so nice!! So polite, but smiling and laughing with us. It just makes the event even better, more joyful somehow. I hope they had fun with us too and don't think we're nuts! The venue is GORGEOUS! It was a house that was converted into the event property, and it's really cool because there's homey touches here and there. I had my wedding reception here, and my daughter had her prom here. After our experience here, I will not go anywhere else for event planning. Every year the Bluegrass rally gets smaller and smaller. Started as a three day event, then a two…read moreday and now a one day event. Everyone is blaming everyone else for the decreases. We are a group of over 15 RVs and a total of over 30 people. This equates to over a few thousand dollars in lost fees and revenue if we do not return. Our group was very disappointed with the event this year.

The gourd festival was full of demonstrations, and artists to talk to all day long. The Pinal County Fair had Godfrey the Magician, the balloon man, monkeys, feeding Lorikeets, and a high dive. To come to this fairgrounds means you get to see a little of everything!!!
