I went to this place for my VAT refund. When I got there the lady was rude and basically didn't want to be bothered . I was told that they will only do VAT refunds for $150 Euros or more. If less than $150 Euros you must get the exchange at the airport. I had to pressure her to give me my one VAT refund that met the $150 Euro requirement although she kept telling me just to do it at the airport. This place is the worst !!! read more
