In my conversation with Jake, I immediately felt at ease because was definitely very knowledgeable. I'm not an expert but I do understand tech and I was able to talk to him easily comfortably. I did not want to spend a fortune and he immediately started to give me options on how to save money. I sent him pictures of my living room and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Jake came personally to hang my flat screen television. He did it quickly and cleaned up the area after the work was done. We had construction equipment stolen right from our driveway, and of course the cameras were not operating and didn't record anything! Only after calling them every week will they come out and try to fix. Tired of calling them, sending them videos of non working system, and hearing how they are busy on bigger jobs - wish they would just do the right thing and take back their equipment and refund our money.
