Legally they need a form 149, which I also had. They wanted a copy of the actual Missouri tax license which is not required and frankly none of their business. I also noticed that there were a lot of empty booths that weren't empty a few weeks prior, guess their vendors don't like their policies either... After being swindled I was made aware that numerous people have been swindled when this same woman is working. One person was begrudgingly refunded a small portion of the money that stolen from them. No booth number on signs, several vendors in one booth, $1 booth has many items that aren't a dollar are a few examples of the deceptive signage. I saw a huge breadmaker for $10 and across the aisle (really, it's all in a huge unheated warehouse, but I guess it was an aisle) were like 237 concrete smoothing putty knive-things. Upstairs it looked like American pickers for lighting equipment. It was amazing. And then there was a separate building just for furniture and appliances. I saw two old timey fridgerators (Kelvinators, anyone?), they looked like they were brand new, but also kind of pricey. Anyhow, it's a great place to wander around when you get sick of Wal Mart.
