What I can say is that Teston & Burruss absolutely showed up for me from day one. And by showed up, I mean they actually answered the phone. Every time. No voicemail tag. No wondering if I was annoying anyone. When your stress level is already at a 10, that kind of responsiveness matters more than you realize. Clinton "Clint", Jason, and Taylor were calm, confident, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They explained things in plain English, not legal jargon, and never made me feel rushed or like I should already know the answers. I always felt prepared and in good hands. I also can't say enough about the support staff. Anna, Gabby, and Daisy were amazing. Calls returned, emails answered, paperwork handled, and everything stayed organized. Honestly, they kept the whole thing running smoothly and probably saved me a few gray hairs. This was one of those situations where your mind goes to worst-case scenarios at 2 a.m. Every time I reached out, they took the time to talk things through and bring things back down to earth. That alone meant a lot. I'm extremely grateful for the outcome and how everything was handled. If you're in Gainesville and need a law firm that answers the phone, treats you like a human, and actually cares about what happens to you, I highly recommend Teston & Burruss. Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call.
