BUYER BEWARE. After contacting BBB and the office of the Attorney General of Alaska, who in turn…read morecontacted this gallery on our behalf, we still do not have the prints we purchased 8 months ago. If your journeys take to you Juneau, by all means visit this gallery - the prints are gorgeous, but if tempted to spend money, find one of the worthwhile charities in the area to give your money - at least you'll receive the feeling of having helped someone deserving. This is very disappointing.

This Gallery is nice, but it has terrible customer support issues…read more The photographer, Buckscott seems to be involved with the overall operations which makes the shortcomings even more frustrating. I purchased some prints (low cost, around $100 for several matted prints on stock paper, fairly standard practice for more galleries). The prints were purchased on June 6th while on a cruise to Alaska. As a part of the gallery offerings they ship (for a fee) direct to your house (good stuff, bringing things on a cruise ship is a pain). Upon arriving home and waiting nearly 45 days, I had not received any notification on the shipping status of prints. After 4-5 calls, from me to them, I finally was told that there was a shipping issue with the post office. I never received a tracking number for any package, and never have received any written correspondence from the Gallery. Upon receipt of the prints, the box was banged up and the largest print was damaged. After several more calls, I was told that only the photographer can address this issue and he was on a shoot and would contact me upon return. At that point I received an email, direct from the photographer saying the prints would ship August 8th. It's August 24th, the photographer is not contactable, the gallery just refers me to the photographer and states they can not do anything and that a refund is not an option. Not good. Nice shots, bad service. Sums it up.
