People fought because some tried to cut the line. Then suddenly Shahab went outside leaving the people in line hanging. After we went outside, a new line was formed but staff couldn't control the crowd. They ended up going back in the building and closing the doors. 4- the staff were taking pictures with the celebrities instead of doing their job. 5- they over sold tickets then accused some people to have gotten in without tickets. How is this possible when they were checking tickets at the door? Horrible experience! So disappointing. !

I hired Greg Stowers to do architectural plans through a business connection for the remodeling of…read moremy home in Sunnyvale with a signed contract. He initially submitted plans to the City for planning approval. Towards the middle of 2023, Mr. Stowers did not respond to my messages for updates. I checked with Sunnyvale Planning and found out that he never responded to the City to answer questions they had about the project even once. He apparently abandoned my project without any explanation or notice. On further investigation on my part, I found out he submitted the original plans with his stamp without an architect's license even though he is going public as being licensed. I understand that this is considered fraud with the state. The CA Architect Board is in the process of investigating my case. The majority of his fees had been paid. I now see from previous Yelp reviews that Mr. Stowers has also abandoned his clients in the past. I would not recommend anyone to use his services. There are more ethical architectural firms in the area.

We even recommended him to our general contractor and interior designers to work on their other projects. By mid-project Greg started to trail off and would not respond to emails/texts or attend meetings. We were hearing the same complaints from others working with Greg on their projects. By then we were almost done with the designs and planning, and could finish the project without his help. We ended our contract with Greg, paid on his invoices, and requested our retainer back ($2,500). And that was the last of it. After repeated emails and phone calls over a period of 6 months we never heard back from Greg. Needless to say we never received our money. We will be filing a claim with the Small Claims Court shortly. I hope our experience serves as a guidance when considering to hire Greg Stowers.
