I took the photo before I knew what I was looking at. I just loved the building! The square centre shop is surrounded by mostly empty, but stunning little units. It would suit a cafe.
The lady who owned The Button Tin appeared like Mr Benn just as I took the photo, and proceeded to introduce me to her wonderful world. A fabric designer, she teaches people to sew on the many machines she has inside. There were wonderful parasols and vintage machines. She was working on some hen party stuff too. Great idea for something a bit different.
I only got the one pic but I may be back soon so I'll pop in.
She has some great ideas to help the building become a hub of design and quirky places. - very cool indeed. read more
