After picking up the truck, I noticed that the bed cover was damaged. I called and spoke to Joe, who said they had pictures, just to find out they did not have any of the cover. Luckily, I took my own pictures right before dropping it off to prove that the damage was not there. They claimed they did not damage it, and I would have to speak to Matt, the general manager. After several attempts, I was able to speak with him. He stated he would need to elevate it to his corporate office, which was on June 27. I have reached out multiple times to no avail. I also emailed the corporate office twice, and no response. This is the type of service they offer. They will not take responsibility for damages that occur under their watch.

Islam helped me and was so friendly and kind! He priced out so many options for me, including other brands and a buyout of my lease. He made sure I got the car I wanted and then some! Ismet was also very friendly and helpful. Even after I left with the car, the follow up phone calls from the team (including Liron) were amazing. They all worked very hard to get me what I wanted at a price point I was happy with. THANK YOU for restoring my faith in car salesmen & in Infiniti!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Fort Lauderdale part of the Holman organization and it…read morewas one of the finest car buying experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked into the showroom through delivery of the vehicle the entire process was professional, transparent, and completely pressure free something that is unfortunately rare in many car dealerships today. Having previously worked with other South Florida dealerships, including Braman BMW at Miami the difference here was immediately noticeable. BMW of Fort Lauderdale, clearly prioritizes, customer experience, fairness and long-term relationships, rather than simply completing a transaction. New car manager, Steve Pelkey demonstrated professionalism and integrity throughout the process. Our Sales advisor Jimmy Crippen was exceptional, knowledgeable patient and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled perfectly. I also want to thank and recognize the service advisor Tom Ignacio, who reinforced that the dealerships commitment to the customer care extends well beyond the sale. We encountered complications with my trade-in and instead of creating stress, the team worked collaboratively to resolve everything smoothly and fairly. They were upfront, honest and solution oriented every step of the way.. Customer service is often talked about, but rarely delivered at this level. The entire experience felt first class from the beginning to the end, I felt valued, respected and honestly treated like a king. This is how a luxury car buying experience should be done and how every dealership should operate. Please feel free to forward any or all of this review sincerely, Sam R. Marcove Denver, Colorado.

She won it at a tournament and was saving it! When we called to ask, they said the candy was likely vacuumed up. Did not expect BMW service professionals to pinch items from the car.
