I moved and completely forgot about the tickets. When I went to renew my drivers license, Oopsie, I couldn't renew it because my license was suspended. I honest to God didn't care. My husband drove me everywhere. And I was good with not driving. People are crazy drivers these days. Fast forward to April 29, 2022 - my husband passed away from a heart attack. I had to somehow get my drivers license back. I called Drivers defense and was very pleasantly surprised that they actually took my phone call and they received my drivers abstract for me. They then asked me if I wanted them to defend me in my ticket case and I said what the heck why not. My tickets were so old that they did not exist anymore. No one could find my tickets. Drivers defense explained to the judge my situation, and the judge dismissed my case. It isn't even on my driving record. Drivers defense is not a scam.
