Mình đã bị cáo buộc là làm hồ sơ giả , hôn nhân không dựa trên tình cảm thật sự , nên lúc nào cũng bị từ chối đến cuộc hôn nhân thứ 3, khi mình gặp được người chồng hiện tại là người Mỹ trắng, mình được qua đến Mỹ theo diện hôn phu hôn thê k1, nhưng đến khi mình xin đổi qua thẻ xanh thì một lần nữa bị từ chối bởi vì nhân viên di trú Hoa Kỳ cáo buộc background của mình không đủ điều kiện để trở thành thường trú dân do mình đã từng làm hon nhân giả, sau khi phỏng vấn xin thẻ xanh tại Mỹ nhân viên di trú đã từ chối và cho mình thời gian 33 ngày để rời khỏi nước Mỹ. Lúc đó vợ chồng mình thực sự rất hoang mang sợ hãi lo lắng không biết phải làm gì. Thật ra sai lầm lớn nhất của mình là từ hôn nhân đầu tiên cho đến hôn nhân lần thứ ba chưa bao giờ mình thuê luật sư để hỗ trợ hồ sơ của mình , toàn là tự Ý hai vợ chồng điền đơn và làm mọi giấy tờ. Chính vì vậy mới gặp bao nhiêu là rắc rối và thất bại! Khi mà vợ chồng mình nhận được tờ giấy yêu cầu phải rời nước Mỹ trong 33 ngàymình đã bắt đầu đi tìm luật sư giúp đỡ , mình đã liên hệ với rất nhiều luật sư nổi tiếng và kể cho họ nghe về câu chuyện hồ sơ di trú của mình trong suốt 25 năm qua, tất cả các luật sư đều từ chối không nhận và nói cơ hội được chấp thuận gần như là bằng không, lúc này mình chỉ còn biết chuẩn bị tinh thần để trở về Việt Nam , vợ chồng của mình kết hôn trên tình cảm thật sự nên cả hai rất đau khổ hụt hẫng và không biết phải làm như thế nào để bảo vệ cuộc hôn nhân này nếu như mình không được ở lại Hoa Kỳ .....sau đó vợ chồng mình đã tìm được luật sư David Nguyễn , Luật sư duy nhất đồng ý nhận hồ sơ của mình và cho mình một tia hy vọng, mình vẫn không có tự tin khi kể cho luật sư về câu chuyện của mình và những lần bị từ chối trong suốt hai mươi lăm năm qua , luật sư David Nguyễn Đã cho mình hơn một tiếng miễn phí để nghe về toàn bộ mọi chi tiết hồ sơ của mình , chỉ trong lần gặp mặt đầu tiên luật sư David Nguyễn đã ghi chú lại hết toàn bộ nội dung câu chuyện của của mình, sau đó phân tích rõ ràng tại sao mình bị từ chối và động viên rằng mình vẫn có khả năng được chấp nhận và được trở thành thường trú nhân của Hoa Kỳ , lúc này mình không biết phải nói gì hơn ngoài hy vọng cầu nguyện .....
