You cant get much better than this for a Noosa eatery. Open for breakfast/brunch/lunch 7 days…read more(opens earlier on weekends for the serious morning people!.. also closed on most public holidays) The menu and vibe is excellent..the staff busy, happy and very helpful! Very laid back and calm atmosphere for the diner..the peaceful Noosa River meanders and soothes the soul... utter bliss!!. If you can grab a balcony table overlooking the Noosa River.. go for it! Even though Im a Noosa local, I was introduced to this belived gem by a friend from Melbourne(thanx Dee!!) ..now Im a regular!! Breakfast is a bonanza for anyone with an appetite.. all the brekky menu items are under $20!!! light and luscious repasts, hearty, full and flavourful breakfasts for vegetarians (avocado and fresh tomato on hot toast) and non-vegies alike (brekky panini is a winner!).. my picks? The Ultimate brekky... you name it..its on the plate. .2 eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast... you can also add passata beans (lightly spiced canellini beans cooked in a delish tomato and onion sauce... still hungry? pancakes? 3 egg omelette of the day (my fave is cheddar, bacon, tomato and chive with a side of hollandaise)Divine eggs benedict (smothered in fresh daily made hollandaise!! Absolute last meal on earth stuff!!) Corn and fetta fritters?? toasties? You want it they have it!!) And the drinks menu is just as good... The Italian hot chocolate is to die for!! Thick & unctious enough to eat with a spoon!! Rich & devilishly dark but not overtly sweet. Moreish coffes and cold drinks, fresh made juices.. delightful!! Lunch is a great selection, burgers, gourmet sandwiches, fries and truly excellent seafood... my pick? Pan fried barramundi fillet on a bed of warm sweet corn kernels, english spinach, spanish and green spring onion and julienned carrot salad with golden sautéed chat potatoes. Their lunch specials are excellent value in some cases an extra $6.00 or so will get you a nice glass of white... all lunch mains are also under $20...Their dessert menu is also dreamy cakes and slices.. too much to choose too little time to describe!!! Excellent value and excellent eats...gets my vote every time!!! 15 out of 10!!

Having been offered the choice of milk or dark, I was quite gratified to have chosen the latter, as the waffle itself was quite sweet and contrasted well with the thick, rich sauce. I added a smoothie that tasted rather more like yogurt than banana (of its two main ingredients); the value of this is left to the reader but at least I was quite well nourished. Having not yet tried the hard chocolates, I suspect they might be worth a go.

Employees were kinda-almost mildly friendly. Some chocolates were priced by kg, and some were priced per piece ($4 per). Plenty of choices in terms of sweets including turkish delights but limited coffee and food choices written on the board. The lady at the counter recommended the triple chocolate brownie for $4. Within the minute, a small plate was in front of us garnished with chocolate specks and whipped cream. The brownie was crumbly, on the lighter side, and a little dry but the reason for my rating is more so because of a personal bias as I prefer them to be moist, chewy, and rich. It's incredibly easy to satisfy my sweets cravings, but this brownie just didn't quite hit the spot as there was nothing phenomenal about its taste nor its consistency to write about. But if you're in need of a quick fix for your sweet tooth, Sweet Tempered Chocolateria isn't a bad choice.
