From the first time I spoke with her to make an appointment, to the day it finally happened, she has been consistently sweet. I can sense her honesty and genuine interest to make me feel good about the service. I recommend Diane. I am fortunate to have gone to her for my first microblading experience. I found her through Groupon but I recommend calling her via her phone number to get the deal directly if you want to help out the business a little bit more. This is MY take. If you're still on the fence about getting this treatment--as I did for four years--go now. No need to wait given the quality of Diane's service.

And she didn't put it close to my eye, so probably in a week is gonna need new ones. I kept telling her that the lashes are stuck together. And she acted like she didn't even see it. When I brush it sounds like I'm brushing through naps. If I like this, I could've just went to Walmart and paid less money. I choose to do eyelashes extension, cause I want it more of a natural look. it looks like I put a lot of mascara on and is clumps up together. She is literally SO GENTLE - I often fell asleep during the process! But their eyelash extension process is More like a spa process here! They wrap you in a warm Blanket & they put your legs in a massaging machine. It's ULTIMATE RELAXATION! I couldn't believe how great and relaxing it was!

I was excited to finally have my eyebrows and eyeliner done! My first impression of the lounge was of an instant air of relaxation. The shop is comfortable and welcoming. I especially loved that this business is technologically savvy . I received automated appt. reminders, emails and texts. I also loved that I was able to add the appt. to my calendar instantly. The office manager was friendly and warm and professional. I was greeted and introduced to Natalie right away. Natalie was as lovely as her office manager both inside and out. She has all the characteristics of the perfect bedside manner; patience, caring and knowledgeable. It was clear that Natalie is an expert and stays current and relevant in her craft. Natalie's work area was sterile yet very relaxing. During the procedure, she constantly communicated with me re: pain level and the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever and the procedure was not as long as I had anticipated. I am so happy with the results already and am looking forward to the finished product. The nano brow process is a time commitment and Yunhee works meticulously to create an eyebrow shape that works for your face. You want to park on the Old Forge Road side and not the backside of this building off of Main Street.

All of us have completely different hair (straight, really curly and short) and they did an awesome job! During my trial I was hesitant to do airbrush makeup and eyelashes but with a little convincing I decided to try them out and I am so glad I did. The makeup was flawless, even through a little crying. I also had a spray tan a few days prior to the wedding. Again I was hesitant because I was concerned I was going to look orange, but it gave me a nice glow so that I didn't have to worry about being too pale in my open back dress.
