Over and over she has advocated with my mother's assisted living facility (which she found for us) and my sister's nursing home, visited them (even when they were in Orlando), and communicating with us so that we could know what was happening, etc. Since I live in Atlanta, this has been a godsend because I cannot easily get to them when they need help urgently. In addition, Tracy can talk to people about my sister's care when I cannot (because of HIPAA), and she has shown genuine care and concern for my family throughout this lengthy and ongoing situation. They are not helpful to your situation at all.

Every time I pick her up to go out to breakfast or lunch, she always has great stories of all the activities she's doing everyday. I could go on and on about the benefits of living here.
