He understood exactly what we were looking for and fully executed. He was very flexible as we had to change dates due to covid without any extra charges. The package pricing is also unbeatable - for other photographers we looked into pricing for just wedding photos was the same or more compared to our package with NG Studio which included our engagement shoot, photo and video for the wedding (with Nour another photographer and two videographers + a drone), one full album, two smaller albums for our families, and 3 USB drives. For our engagement shoot, I was able to coordinate with Nour ahead of time to get both photos and video footage of me surprising my husband with his early wedding gift. We loved the engagement session since we were able to get to know Nour better and get more comfortable in front of the camera. He was so helpful by providing us with poses. For our actual wedding, I was nervous about being able to get all 80+ of my relatives in a group photo but Nour's team was able to get the shot! Nour is incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They gave us a link to our full gallery 4 weeks after our wedding. If you're also going with video, I'd recommend selecting or at least considering which ~10 songs you'd like for your video since my husband and I were slow about picking them. Horrible experience! I wanted my friend to be also taking pictures on our special day since he is a…read morephotographer and knows us so it would be a special point of view. But as he was still a guest so we wanted a professional team there too. We got snobbed by the photographers, me and my side of the family was not even asked to take individual photos or together me and my husband. They were in my bridal room for 2 minutes ,took a few awful pictures of me getting ready. Our wedding video is so bad I could cry every time I think of it. Never watch it, it's too painful and it just makes me angry. We never got a long one just a 5 min snippet. The music is cued so out of context that I am walking down the aisle to party music. We tried to get it fixed 3 times and it's like a blind and deaf person is editing it who was also extremely rude!!! I wish I had just gone to someone else. I could have thrown the money (thousands) out of the window and it would've been better spent.

The person that did show up was rude, intrusive during the ceremony, turned up an hour early, and then charged us an additional fee to stay for the last hour of the contract. We were deceived and treated very poorly. It makes no difference the quality of the work; the attitudes, of the photographer and the person that created our final wedding album, were appalling and it was extraordinarily unpleasant to have to be in the same room with them. Absolutely everyone deserves better! You would be really only slightly worse off to hire your friend to bring their phone to shoot your event. After all of our hard work we came out feeling disappointed & taken advantage of. The best word to describe the experience with our photographer is shameful. I had a very disappointing experience with Heathwood Photography, and William Michael (the owner)…read more It was a reminder of why you can't trust any service provider. I hired William Michael of Heathwood Photography for an event and we signed a contract. He requested that his fee be paid in full before the event, which I did. Everything went on smoothly during the event and I thought that the relatively high price he charged was paying off with good quality and service. That was until the date I was due to receive the photos. The contract stated that I was to receive the photos within 8 weeks. This seemed like a long period of time but I was assured that it was the maximum amount of time, that it usually takes less time, and that it was in order to allow the highest quality of work done on the photos. To make a long story short, when the due date arrived I did not receive the photos. When I contacted William, he told me the photos were not ready and kept putting me off with vague timelines. This went on for close to a month. When I mentioned the contract stated 8 weeks William was unimpressed and just flat out told me it would take longer. Only when I started to suspect I was scammed and start looking into lawyers did I finally get the photos, close to 3 months after the event. Before the event, he showed me various album options I could get my photos in, but when I asked about albums I did not get a response. I decided to cut my loses and get one elsewhere. In summary, William Michael comes through as a very honest and reliable individual but unfortunately that is not the case. He did not respect our contract and caused me lots of stress and aggravation. I would strongly discourage anyone from using his services.

They are affordable, trustworthy, and just really nice folks which really helps when you're organizing your wedding! I thought I downloaded all of my photos but it turned out the photos didn't all download. They saved the day with back-ups even nearly two years after our wedding. Couldn't recommend them enough.
