From the time i moved here around august last year til now i have nothing but GREAT things to say about this property and the management team. anytime I've ever had an issue I've never had to wait more than a day to get it addressed. These are great apartments to live in, very quiet and clean, extremely nice and cozy on the inside. Although the management team is excellent, Michelle was the very first person I've talked to here and she is wonderful at her job and she goes BEYOND her duties to make sure that she can help you out and take care of any concerns or issues. If I could rate this apartment complex a zero I would! This review is based off of current management, because the previous management (when I originally move in) was amazing!! I have never seen an apartment complex take such a quick dive! These apartments were good when I first moved in but after about a year of living here they changed management multiple times. The fiat change was 3CM, and then Obsodian (Who I believe is the current management at this time). Once management changed the entire complex was proof that was a poor decision.. The pools were filthy, if even running, they had no maintenance techs, I found bags of drugs in the parking lot, and they allowed multiple units to have 5-6 men living in each unit, drinking all day and night, leaving beer bottles all over and playing ridiculously loud music. It got so bad that I no longer felt safe living there. luckily I found a house to move into. But it doesn't stop there! Be prepared to pay between $600-$850 in cleaning fees when you move out. They won't notify you, however they WILL send you directly to collection. I even requested a walk thru prior to move out because I was already told by multiple residents that this would happen. They never did a walk thru with me. Instead they sent $700+ of bogus charges to collection and I was notified about a year later with a collection letter. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother cleaning when you leave, because regardless they are going to send you to collection so that they can use that money to remove the carpet and replace it with new flooring and renovating their extremely outdated apartments. Also, if you like having A/C don't expect to have a functioning unit while living here, because you will not. The A/C units are extremely out dated and will not function most of the time. You can drive around the complex and see many of the units have window units for that reason. My water bill also miraculously doubled and tripled in cost once management changed. They also decided to take over the lines for internet and include that in your rent payment, which then doubled my cost for internet compared to what I was paying the same company directly each month. If you are looking for an apartment complex to live at, this is not the one!! Just keep looking...you will be glad that you did! read more

My vehicle is in the repair shop. 10/21/22 On 10/20/22 I went to Enterprise in Temple TX to rent a vehicle, I had to be there before 5:30pm. I got there in time, but coming back home to the bridge was very late because traffic on I35 was backed up. I also had errands to run. During that time the front office was closed. I couldn't get a temporary parking sticker. I figured I'l have time to get one the next day after work. I left my apartment the next day for work to see that my rental vehicle was gone. I called Temple Police Dept to report a stolen vehicle they informed me it was impounded at rapid recovery. I lost over $300.00 that day to get my rental vehicle from the impound. I made several attempts calling the front office and left a message on their voice mail recording for feedback. They never attempted to contact me. when I call, they don't answer. I'm furious because my rental wasn't even 24 hrs on the lot and there was no immediate notice or at least give me the opportunity to get a parking sticker. Michael Temple, TX read more

forget getting anything repaired or any of your questions answered. i lived here for two years and at first everything was great when Star worked here, but then it was horrible once the other management took over. I tried to get many repairs done after the winter storm and it took months for a reply, let alone anything fixed. I had to threaten them with a law suit just to get a reply! pest control always said they came by to get rid of the rodents in my ceiling and dismissed my case, but NEVER DID! I ended up moving out early because of this nonsense. read more

Called and asked a question regarding rental insurance during the completion of a application process and spoke with a Candy was told never heard of that so she put me on hold and asked if I could bring proof. I asked would you like for me to bring my laptop, she then replied we don't have computers for you to use. At this point I'm ready to speak to a supervisor. She place me on hold, phone picks up and hangs up. I called back Candy answer and I asked was I hung up on, she replied no it was the phone. Sure it was! Supervisor gets on the line she's muffled because she got me on speaker phone and conquering to Candy then stated she doesn't know why I asked for her. SMH one of the worst customer service experiences dealing with these complex. This place gets zeros for me. read more

I lived at the bridge for 1.5years starting in 2014. I know they were starting to do renovations when I left, so I'm hoping this helped their building issues. During my stay, the carpeted bedroom flooded buckets-full when it rained. I had to move everything out and use fans for 4 days before they came with a shop vac. By that time my entire apartment smelled musty. I had termites swarm into the apartment multiple times. There were roaches no matter how many times the pest guy came and no matter how clean you were. Last, but not least my bicycle was stolen from my patio. It's close to the hospital and temple college, so the location can't be beat. Just make sure that your apartment is renovated and check that the carpet is in good shape before moving in. read more

I moved into the Bridge in 2018. The Bridge was so beautiful and Erika and Rachel were the best. When 3cm took over and they left the Bridge was becoming a less welcoming place. When Starr left it became a complete disaster. I moved then. They now have a manager who discriminates against African Americans, the disabled, dogs, military, trees and basically anyone who is not what she is mostly in the religious sense. 2 weeks ago I came to Temple to visit some friends and couldn't believe how horrible the Bridge looked. The manager had all the trees chopped down and the landscaping is not what it was. I tried to go into the office to see if there was any availability as I am being stationed back in Fort Hood and thought it would be nice to be around friends even if the Bridge wasn't nice. The door was locked for 3 days, no one answered the phone and in trying to get an email I was told there wasn't one. On the day I was able to get in the office the manager Eyana dismissed me claiming she knew I lived there before and she had nothing for me. At that time another resident who has lived there for a long time came in. I was dismissed so I began to leave and Eyana immediately began dismissing this resident. I left but I was appalled at how rude she was being and loud and dismissive to this long time resident. The Bridge is not what it once was and until 3cm sells or Eyana is gone NOONE should lease there! The customer service is horrible! read more

They need to hire a new leasing agent the customer service is terrible I've been overly patient with this apartment complex considering my building is infested with raccoons but now it seems as if one has dies in the walls and the stench is horrible I called to report it no answer so I called using another phone and I got an answer right away ..kinda sucks and makes me sad that I'm spending my hard earned money and I can't get decent customer service..the community is nice. read more

i'm unable to rate this location because there are no numbers lower than zero. i've lived here for over 7 years and the first 5 were outstanding. 2.5 years ago 3cm multi family bought this location. this was the begining of the end. they fired the management and put in their own which was bad; very bad. maintance stop doing repairs because it wasn't in the budget. 6 months ago they hired this black version of karen. you can spot her easy by her black head wrap and her nasty, rude, vulgar, and disrespectful language. if you don't spot her at first, you'll see the dead land scape, the green pool, old mattress and piles of furniture outside the dumpster. if for chance you still decide to give it a go, please don't let the new gang bangers she is renting to discourage you from having any of those upstanding members of the community as your neighbor. don't worry about safety! the on site police they advertise is a lie. there are no on site police, she let him go, but don't worry, there are security gates present, they just don't work. i'm gone. remember, you were warned! read more

The rating is not against the community itself but for the new face of the front office. I don't know her name. I've been living here going on 5 years. I loved the area and the community itself. The maintenance staff are great and always have been. The front office staff were always helpful and even when I may have broke a rule, like the trash being out past a certain time and got on the naughty list, when I go pay the fine or speak to them about it, they treated me very nicely with no condescension. Having said that, my lease is up in a few months and I have already put down a deposit somewhere else. The reason being that when this new woman came and spoke to me about a rule I have broken, I was spoken to as if I'm an inmate and she's the warden. I didn't care for her tone and her inability to maintain eye contact. My temperament as a mental health counselor is, you could say, very mild, therefore there shouldn't be any need for the condescending tone she took with me. Here's an example of our conversation - I called the office to ask for maintenance to help me with something. Keep in mind that by me having lived here for the last 5 years, I know they can help me after hours as a side job. I asked to get transferred to maintenance... The New Face: What? (Seriously, she said "what") Me: I just need to speak to maintenance about helping me with something with the golf cart ya'll got TNF: As far as the golf cart goes, for insurance purposes, we can't let you use it. (Keep in mind I didn't ask to use the golf cart) As far as maintenance is concerned, they don't work for you, they work for Richmarks, but they can do it after hours with compensation from you. (Again, I knew this. It's not what I asked. And there were no need to explain to me like I'm a five year old that they don't work for me. I mean, duh lady) Me: okay thanks Click. So I rented this place, I did everything online, the staff was very helpful and worked with me since i lived in NC. The apartments are newly renovated, so very clean. I can not complain, i got everything listed online. I have not had any problems i signed a three month lease, which is very expense compared to the surrounding apartments but the caliber of most residents justifies that. The gas station is in walking distance, and a small walking trail.... Unfortunately the gas station has been robbed twice in the two months i've been here. Good thing is they keep the gates closed and coded. oh you will have to pay for trash and valet trash services... I was not told about the valet trash! read more

If you are needing a new home and haven't found the right place, let The Bridge be where you stop. I was beyond frustrated with my search and stopped looking for weeks. I prayed about it and asked God to show me his plan for me. The Bridge popped up in my emails and I was hesitant to even go look because I had been so unsuccessful my whole search (I have been looking for about 5 months). I went to look during my lunch break and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rachael. From the moment I met Rachael, she had answered all my questions before I could even whip my own list out! She was so informative, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Rachael and I planned to meet another day and she showed me all the floorplans I inquired about and I instantly fell in love. Being young and the leasing agents knowing that, we were taken for advantage. Way over priced for what you get. (Move here if you like hidden charges to the max! ) The staff comes off as so nice and before you know it they will twist their words to get you to pay anything. They also barely get back to you, you have to call and remind them over and over again to do something for you. Oh! I cant forget when they re-did the parking lots and our neighbors being witnesses, told us how they alerted those parked in the area to move their cars, but neglected to tell us until email 1 MINUTE before they were going to "tow" and ended up towing our car for a $50 charge! When we first moved in the lady made it clear we payed all up front charges.... 2 weeks later we get a letter saying we owed money. So i went to the office and she said it was a mistake and it was cleared, a week later i get a call from them saying it wasn't. Once i got down to the office she literally was laughing while claiming she made a mistake...After telling me it was cleared. I also went to the office to figure out a "pro rated fee" that was suppose to be $400 and just checked to see it is now somehow $1000! They DO NOT care about the residents here, they only care about the sneaky ways they can take your money! read more
